Benjamin Netanyahu Qualities
Benjamin Bibi Netanyahu was born on October 21,1949 in Tel Aviv and is a prominent world leader
and the current Prime Minister of Israel. Truth be told, it was not always smooth sailing for Netanyahu
and for most parts, it was an uphill battle for him. Despite all the impediments he faced along the way,
he remained focus, had confidence and exhibited persistence (some of the many qualities of a true
leader) and he persevered to get where he is today.
In 1963, Benjamin Netanyahu took residence in the United States of America, particularly in the state
of Philadelphia where he and his family moved as a result of his father Benzion Netanyahu receiving
academic post. Benjamin returned to Israel at age 18 and got enlisted in 1967 in the Israeli military
where he became a soldier and spent five years. Netanyahu was apart of an elite unit called Sayeret
Matkal where he was serving as captain, even in his early days ... Show more content on

Some if not all of these characters were demonstrated by Netanyahu in his early years of leadership
seeing that he was a commando in the military, achieved a bachelors and a masters at an early age thus
displaying some trait perspective of leadership such as physical factors like his height, seeing that you
had to be a certain height to be in the army and Netanyahu is 6 feet 0 inches, a height that is more than
that of the average man, According to the trait perspective, Netanyahu displayed intelligence seeing
that he was academically accomplished in his early days as well as his fluency seeing that he lead
several successful military operations. One could analyze and use the trait perspective to interpret the
early life of Benjamin Netanyahu and say that he was a born

An Age Of Doubt By James Joyce
Frequently referred to as an age of doubt, the Modernist period of literature was characterized by
authors who sought to challenge the notion of a literary text containing a single truth or meaning.
Modernist writers went against societal and cultural customs by questioning literature and focusing on
the individual experience of a text. As a result, much of modern literature destabilizes meaning
through the use of ambiguity and suspense. Accordingly, ambiguity plays a central role in James Joyce
s short story, Eveline. Throughout the story, nineteen year old Eveline contemplates leaving her home
in Dublin to pursue a happier life with a sailor named Frank. At home, she leads a dismal life with her
violent father, and therefore the prospect of life with Frank in Buenos Ayres presents itself as an
enticing escape. However, Eveline finds herself trapped between familiarity and freedom, between
what she could do and what she wants to do. While numerous critics have attempted to uncover
whether Eveline favours her staying or leaving, the story remains ambiguous with its two mutually
exclusive meanings (Luft 48). In Joyce s Eveline, ambiguity obscures the answer the reader seeks and
reveals that Eveline cannot make a choice because her situation is inescapable putting the reader in a
position of hermeneutic conflict, analogous to Eveline s irresolvable inner conflict (Luft 50).
Throughout Eveline, the ambiguity surrounding Frank s character is a major source of

Introduction
Every business must keep records showing transactions relating to goods or services rendered and the
costs incurred to run the business, known as expenses.
This process is referred to as bookkeeping, which is simply entering each transaction that affects the
financial position of the business in a ledger.
The term accounting refers to the process of measuring recording summarizing and analyzing the
information recorded in the ledger. This helps the company plan and control the activities of the ...

As we have already learned the employer must pay CPP, EI, EHT, WSIB (in Ontario as other
provinces have different statutory requirements) as well as other contractual and volunteer obligations
such as health and medical benefits, pension and other benefits they have obligated themselves to pay
on behalf of their employees. These expenses are debited to an expense account and credited to a
liability account when the payroll is paid each period. Just as with the employee deductions they
remain as a current liability from the date the expense is incurred until the remittance is made to the
appropriate government agency or business.
EXAMPLE
Journal Entry #:
Date:
Account Name Debit Amount Credit Amount
CPP Expense $1400.00
EI Expense $ 1384.60
CPP Payable $ 1400.00
EI Payable $ 1384.60
Total $2784.60 $2784.60
To record the payroll expenses for the month of July 2011

The element mercury was known to ancient Egypt and China. They used it thinking it would prolong
their life. It is one of the metal which is liquid in normal pressure and temperature. Which helps us to
understand many parameters which are dependent on pressure and temperature. It was recognized as
an element by A. L. Lavoisier in the 18th century. Some of the properties of the element are as
follows. Chemical name Mercury Chemical symbol Hg Atomic number 80

It is also used in making switches and various other electronic apparatus. It is also used in make
thermometers and barometers because of its greatest density of 13.534 gm cm to power of 3, it does
not need a large tube to measure the pressure and thermometer. Like in a barometer if we use water
then we would need a tube of 10.4m to measure the atmospheric temperature but if we use mercury
we can measure the atmospheric temperature in a tube on only 0.76m. In a thermometers because of
its large range of the boiling and melting points, it helps us to measure a large range of temperature. It
also been used for making batteries. It can also be used to dental amalgams. Mercury is used to make
dental amalgam because when it is mixed with amalgam powder, the compound it creates is soft
enough to press on the tooth. it also becomes hard very fast which helps it to withstand the force of
biting. But it has raised question on whether it is safe and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
evaluated the research and told it is safe for people above 6 years of age. **** One of the
disadvantage of mercury is that it is toxic in nature due to which it has to be handled with care. Due to
which it can result in death of people if they get mercury poisoning and if it is not treated in time. Due
to mercury we are now able to make thermometers and barometers which has helped the people a lot.
Due to it has helped us to find

Music Education Has On A Student
Music education is often pushed to the side in terms of academics. It is often the victim of many
budget cuts as it is seen as unnecessary and expensive. Looking from an outside point of view, most
fail to realize how much of an impact music has on a student. The only loss they see when cutting a
music program is that a student would simply no longer have the ability to learn an instrument.
However, music education proves to provide much more knowledge and skills to a student than that.
In learning any subject, a student learns much more than just that subject. For example, they might
learn to think critically, think outside of the box, or learn to see things in different perspectives. Music
is just the same. Any student gains much more than only the skill to play an instrument. In fact, music
is special. It is much different than what is regularly taught in school. It takes on a different
perspective of learning, but also, multiple aspects of a student s brain is needed in order to carry out
the function to learn music. In these sources listed below, these articles focus on how music education
does benefit its learner in many different ways. Music educated students excel not only in music, but
studies have proven that they do better in academic based subjects than those who have not taken
music classes. They gain skills that help them in thinking, learning, creating, and even perseverance.
Students educated in music receive much more than they expect. These lasting

Outline The Doctrine Of R2P
OUTLINE THE DOCTRINE OF R2P
Over centuries the international community has witnessed the deadly harm of sovereign states that
have demonstrated acts of colossal inhumanity, such as the atrocities of the Holocaust, Khmer Rouge
and Rwanda. All these episodes have contributed of an introduction to a new paradigm of international
of law, The Responsibly to Protect (R2P). This was adopted unanimously in 2005 by United Nations
General assembly World Summit. The R2P doctrine is based on 3 pillars of responsibility: 1. Each
nation state is obligated to protect its populace from crimes such as genocide, war crimes, ethnic
cleansing and crimes against humanity . 2.The international community has to encourage states to
uphold their role in ensuring R2P is adequately met. 3. If the nation state fails to protect its populace
from these crimes, it therefore it becomes an implication for the international community to
collectively take action. Notably this must be in accordance to article 39 of the United Nations
Charter. Hence, academic scholar Bellamy reinforces this; R2P offers the best change in our own time
to build an international community that is less tolerant of mass atrocities and more predisposed to
preventing them . However it must be noted that the doctrine of R2P is not legally binding.

Chinese Philosophy Encompasses A Myriad Of Philosophies
Chinese philosophy encompasses a myriad of philosophies that speak on religion, human nature,
tradition, how to govern and essentially how to live. Among these collections of schools of thought are
Confucianism and Toaism. While there exists both similarities and differences between the Confucian
sage and the Taoist sage their political beliefs communicate different methods of achieving a
prosperous and ethical state. However, based on the apparent adaptability and separation from
potentially inadequate socially imposed structures, the philosophical approach introduced by Taoist
thought is more favorable in creating a healthy and strong state.
Confucius as a teacher was concerned with moral conduct, tradition and history. The sage by ... Show

What is right is already laid out in Confucian thought in the form of established ideals. Morality is
thus predefined. All members of the state must adhere to a moral law passed down from ancient
exemplars. However, a ruler with direction will have a proper functioning government, as his example
will encourage morality in others. Operating in this fashion will omit the need to enforce laws since
others will follow in their way. The ministers will function according to loyalty by following the way,
regulating wayward others.
Taoism is modeled after a living philosophy. Naturalism is practiced and the role of the supernatural is
downplayed. Ancestor worship is used as a way to pay reverence to the ancient elders of the past to
reinforce honours and values of the culture through storytelling and practice teaching. The soul is
regarded as being connected to the physical world in order to view the self as bound to Earth. The
Taoist sage is free, they follow the way and respond to situations without prejudice regardless of
circumstance. The sage practices wu wei or non action, where the sage will essentially do nothing.
Being the focal point of society, all affairs will revolve around them, their own job being to lead
through example of proper conduct. Non action is bound to the momentariness of nature and is in tune
with the instantaneousness and constant flux of nature. Living in the moment means there is nothing to

Assignment On The Aspects Of Clinical Decision Making
Assignment #2 Clinical Decision Making According to Mary Gillespie nurses do range of thinking
process before making a decision in the clinical settings. It is subjective and is made on the basis of
data collected by various assessments (Gillespie M. , 2014). This assignment gave us opportunity to
study and analyze a case study where we witnessed the effects of clinical decision making directly on
a patient s health. Through this case scenario we see the main factors that influenced Kathy s clinical
decision making are assessments, personal knowledge, previous experience, collaborative practice,
information from family, and most of all ethics. Paterson s Frame Work in this Scenario The basic
knowledge of the nurse helps her to make positive clinical decisions, in addition, a nurse remains
engaged with both existing knowledge and accruing new knowledge or skills related to the specific
patient or situation (Gillespie M. , 2014). In this scenario the nurse Kathy shows various aspects of her
knowledge and ability as the base of her clinical decision making. Knowing the Self Knowing the self
is about nurse not only know her skills, strengths, experience, limitations but also believes in influence
of her own personal beliefs, values, assumptions, and perceptions while this guides her in decision
making process (Gillespie, 2014). As Kathy reflected and used her experience with her co nurse to

Lady Macbeth In Shakespeare s Play
Introduction:
In the Shakespearean play Macbeth , Lady Macbeth is a controversial figure.
Lady Macbeth s desire for power prompts her interest in controlling Macbeth s actions.
However, she loses control which contributes to their tragedy.
Lady Macbeth was a small but very important part of the play Macbeth.
She is seen as a woman of strong will who is ambitious for herself and who is astute enough to
recognise her husband s strengths and weaknesses, and ruthless enough to exploit
Them.
The relationship seen between macbeth and lady macbeth as is to be seen as very close, but drastically
changes throughout because of the progression macbeth goes through and which that drives him to do
a dreadful deed.

The Functions And Mechanisms Of Homeostasis
The purpose of this report will be to examine the functions and mechanisms of homeostasis and how
this applies to osmotic regulation in humans. It will then explain the processes behind osmotic
regulation and discuss the significance of the system, including how it can be affected by various
conditions. Homeostasis refers to a series of processes that allow the body s internal environment to
maintain stability despite a fluctuating external environment. This occurs in all living organisms in
some way as it is necessary for life. Some of the factors affected by homeostasis are temperature,
glucose levels, water levels, pH level and blood pressure, among many others. The reason homeostasis
is necessary for life depends on the factor being affected. Usually (at least in the case of temperature
and pH) the factors have an influence on how effective the enzymes in the body are. Enzymes are
natural catalysts that speed up processes in the body that rely on chemical reactions. This includes
respiration which allows us to generate energy. Enzymes work by having a part called the active site
which carries out the enzyme s task. When an enzyme is exposed to temperatures that are too high the
active site will become damaged and the enzyme will denature. However if they are too cold then the
speed at which they are able to work will slow down. Because enzymes are responsible for so many
important functions this means they need to be kept at the optimum environmental range, hence why

Dod s Sensitivity Levels
The DoD establishes sensitivity levels for identity authentication for information systems for the
purpose of determining appropriate authentication methods, assigning responsibilities and prescribed
procedures for implementation identity authentication of all entities to DoD information systems and
policies directing how all identity authentication processes are used in the DoD. The DoD s
implements these identity authentication procedures based on the sensitivity of the information or
facility that can be accessed, the strength of the identity credential and the environment or location
where the identity credential is being presented. (DoDI 8520.03, May 2011, pg. 12) Sensitivity of the

use, the rigor the identity proofing and the protections incorporated into the process for issuing and

established for both classified (credential strengths labeled F H) and non classified environments
(credential strengths labeled A E). The final component of the DoD s identity authentication is the
entity environment. This is the specific environment from where any entity initiates an authentication
session. There are five unclassified entity environments being a DoD network, DoD managed
network, Partner managed network, user managed in the form of a personal computer or device and an

Organic Food Saves Health
Organic food saves health?
Kip Pester, the author of the In Organic We Trust movie, suggests that people have to use organic
food, because it is healthier, and it has more nutrients. It is made in a natural environment, and organic
food is without pesticides. Organic food is healthier food; this gives a better health, and gives better
quality. Organic foods have more nutrients. His interview and film is effective in convincing people
that organic food is better for them. His film information is very good and helpful, but in contrast, he
is not a researcher or a scientist.
Organic food is more expensive than regular food items. The farm machinery needed to harvest
organic food is more specialized, and therefore the food is more expensive. They use the best tools
and fertilization supplies. The farmers create natural environments. Organic food is grown without
pesticides. Nowadays, people are using organic food broadly. The author gives lot information about
organic food, and how it works. Regular food is made with lot of pesticides, and it is effect on
humans. Nowadays people have cancer, more pesticides effect on IQ. 73% people used organic food,
and that is good.
The farmers of organic food have to certify, or evaluate by government organization, USDA (United
States Department of Agriculture). Organic certification is a certification process of producing organic
food that must needed. The farmers can not use any chemical solution, such as pesticides, and

Henry IV, Part 1, by Shakespeare Essay
In order for one to keep their political status and please their country, there are some qualities, traits
and skills required. For some, political skills may be a natural or intuitive trait. For others, it feels
uncomfortable and takes excessive effort. In either case, political skills must be practiced and honed in
order to recap its benefits. For instance, one may naturally possess skills such as listening to others,
communicating and commitment. On the other hand, one may not possess those skills and it may
require excessive effort to possess those skills. Prince Hal realizes that he must learn to possess these

The Signalman, by Charles Dickens; The Battler by Ernest Hemingway
In what way do the two authors create and maintain interest and suspense in their stories?
In Charles Dickens The Signalman the story starts by introducing the main character (a railway
signalman). Another character is also introduced: the narrator. Dickens describes the signalman as a
dark sallow man and as having a dark beard and heavy eyebrows . It seems that Dickens wishes to
portray the signalman as a dark and ominous figure. However, he then sheds some light on the
character of the signalman. Dickens portrays him to be very lonely and afraid of something. This is
shown in the way he turns himself about and looked down the Line when the ... Show more content on

Another way in which Dickens shows this is by making the signalman appear to be a little strange.
This is done, at first, by his lack of speech: He looked up at me without replying . Dickens continues
this suggestion (the signalman is insane) when he does finally speak. He speaks only in a low voice,
adding to the suggestion of danger. Then he tells the narrator what is wrong: the ghostly sightings.
This again makes us question his sanity.
Dickens maintains this suspense that he has created with use of a leitmotiv of the red light, which is
linked to the menacing apparition and maybe an accident on the railway. When the narrator leaves
after the first visit the signalman still has not told him the full story about the apparition. We have to
wait until their next meeting to find out for ourselves. This leaves the story as a so called cliff hanger
and encourages us read on.
On their second meeting, the signalman tells the narrator, and us, of the accident that seemed so
obviously linked to the apparition by the fact that every time it appeared there was an accident on the
line somewhere. After, sustaining the suspense through the first meeting of the two men, Dickens
creates even more with the revealing of this ominous event. Dickens then maintains

The Legal Challenges to Crime Scene Searches The examination of the crime scene is the most vital
phase conducted at the scene of a crime. Investigation of crime scene is more than just showing up,

crime scene investigation that unfortunately as vital as this portion is can get screwed up sometimes,
sometimes even intentionally. Throughout an investigation mistakes, ethics, and biases play a vital

Mark Twain s Ideas of Racism in Huckleberry Finn and Pudd nhead Wilson Mark Twain had written
two very similar novels that are based on the ideas of racism, or prejudice against certain races,(in this

depict a very satirical yet realistic view of the way society behaves and how people in general live and
grow in different social systems or positions. Huck Finn depicts a strong basis on racism and society,

These social injustices are even more evident when Huck and Jim have to make landfall, and this
provides Twain with the chance to satirize the socially correct injustices that Huck and Jim encounter
on land. The satire that Twain uses to expose the racism and injustice of society develops along with
the adventures that Huck and Jim have.
Throughout the book we see the hypocrisy of society. The first character we come across with that
trait is Miss Watson. Miss Watson constantly corrects Huck for his unacceptable behavior, but Huck
doesn t understand why, That is just the way with some people. They get down on a thing when they
don t know nothing about it . Later when Miss Watson tries to teach Huck about Heaven, he decides
against trying to go there, ...she was going to live so as to go the good place. Well, I couldn t see no
advantage in going where she was going, so I made up my mind I wouldn t try for it. The comments
made by Huck clearly show Miss Watson as a hypocrite, scolding Huck for wanting to smoke and then
using snuff herself and firmly believing that she would be in heaven. This example finds Huck again
running to freedom of the river. The river never cares how saintly you are, how rich you are, or what
society thinks you are. The river allows Huck the one thing that Huck wants to be, and that is Huck.
The river is freedom than the land is oppression, and that oppression is no more evident than it is to
Jim. It can be considered that the river

Spezza described his summer as pretty uneventful. He spent most of it in the Toronto area, relaxing

Galileo Dbq
DBQ: Was Galileo really a heretic?
Claim: Galileo was not really a heretic because he may have been trying to expand and interpretation
of the Bible, and he most likely did not directly ever say that the Bible was wrong.
It is plausible that Galileo may have been trying to expand, or change the way that the church had
interpreted the Bible. A main point in this was that in his letter, he never outright said that the church
was wrong, or that the Bible was wrong. He did, however, constantly imply that there was something
wrong with the ideas. As a devoted Catholic who was high ranking, an influential power, and having
political connection in the Catholic Church, it would have been unimaginable that Galileo would say

An important thing to remember is that is the 16th and 17th centuries, there was no separation
between State and the Church. Most/all rules in the State had to do something with the Bible and how
it had been interpreted, and it anyone had opposed the ideas of the Bible, they would not only get
punished by the church, but also by the State. This made it laborious to try to prove an idea with
science, just as Galileo was trying to do. Not even the smallest accusation about the church was taken
lightly, As you know, the Council [of Trent] prohibits interpreting the Scriptures contrary to the
common agreement of the holy Fathers. (Document B). At this point Galileo had only just started his

not the best idea for Galileo, considering that Bruno had been burned to death in 1600, for the popular

Democratic Party Racism
Is the Democratic Party the Party of Racism? Most people of the Democratic Party fall into two
different categories; either they are Democrats by design or by deception. The Democratic Party s
history reveals it has long ignored its racist leanings. Historically, the Democrats were the most avid
supporters of slavery while the founding of the Republican Party supported the abolition of slavery,
and the entrenchment of civil liberties in the United States. For instance, the 13th amendment passed
in 1864 that abolished slavery got massive support from the Republicans, in comparison to the
Democrats, in Congress. Also, the agitation by the Republicans for equality is envisaged in the
election of the first seven black Americans during the Reconstruction ... Show more content on

Roosevelt, the failure by most Democrats, especially those in positions of authority, to appreciate
racial equality in support of white supremacy demonstrates their non reformist character and belief in
racism. It reveals the lack of moral conscience amongst Democrats as they fail to visualize how their
racist ideologies erode the democratic gains Americans have fought for such as equality in
representation and access to opportunities. Such insensitiveness is a sign of failure by Democrats to
appreciate the strides that the minorities such as the blacks had fought fervently over the years. It
becomes apparent that most Democrats in leadership positions knew that any support for civil liberties
and other forms of equality would evoke resentment amongst their supporters. It is, therefore, clear
that most of the rights and freedoms being enjoyed in America today are due to non racist ideologies

Macau Pension Fund

Social Security Fund (SSF) was established on 23 March 1990 to provide basic social security for the

the fix rate hedging between MOP and HKD, the interest rate of Macau is close to interest rate in
Hong Kong, which is similar to US interest rate. Since the 2008 financial crisis, Fed has applied the

The Azusa Street Revival is an event that took place in 1906. William J. Seymour, was a man who was
led by the Holy Spirit to revive the industrial streets of Los Angeles, where they used skin color and
race to segregate the church. When you think about church do you think segregation? No, you would
think the church would be the last place where there would be segregation. Many were seeking for
more from God, particularly in the holiness groups. Some were offering divine healing prayer with
notable results. Others were asking God for a Pentecostal outpouring of holiness and power. From

And when it did they wouldn t be able to control it, when the spirit broke out in those streets nothing
could stop it. It was like a fire overcoming the people and their tongues, and there was no one person
there. Black and white people were praising god together and in that moment I m pretty sure they
couldn t even see color anymore because the power was that strong. Some key points to a genuine out
pouring of the holy spirit, is to repent of your sins truly mean it when you are doing, know why you
are doing it, and give yourself completely over to the spirit. I learned that it doesn t matter where you
come from and who you are or what you look like you can receive the Holy spirit, because we are all
God s children and we deserve to have the spirit inside of all of us. I also learned that if Seymour can
lead people to the Lord what is stopping me from doing the same, I m going to try and work harder
because I don t want to see anyone go to hell we should want to save everyone. Winning souls over to
the Lord must be a wonderful experience, and I know that William J. Seymour experienced that a lot
throughout those days he increased the time of his prayer from 2 hours to 5 hours. Though he was
blind in one eye it didn t stop him from spreading the love and compassion of the Lord our God who
saved our souls, by sending his only son to die on the cross for our sins, he didn t have to but he

Exile: the state of being barred from one s native country, typically for political or punitive reasons.
However, this dictionary definition fails to cover the true meaning of being exiled. Being exiled is
being forcibly removed by yourself or another from that which you identify with. Edward Said
describes exile as the unhealable rift forced between a human being and a native place, between the
self and its true home (Said 137). Exile is the experience, which may be unbelievably depressing for

The Diagnostic Criteria For Smartphone Addiction
The diagnostic criteria for smartphone addiction proposed in this study were based on the population
with the currently largest sample size and the diagnoses were validated by psychiatric interviews. Our
findings indicated that smartphone addiction has overlapping features with substance related or
behavioral addictive disorders, but the unique properties of smartphones, i.e. its excellent accessibility
and multiple Internet based applications, contributed to its unique but prevalent addictive behaviors.
We proposed that a strict definition for smartphone related functional impairment, requiring two or
more functional impairment criteria influenced by smartphone use. This definition is different from
the diagnostic criteria for functional impairment in DSM 5. Compared to computer based Internet
addiction, the portability of smartphones dampens the severity of functional impairment associated
with smartphone addiction, but instead influences multiple domains of an individual s daily life. In
addition, because smartphone addiction is a heterogeneous and multi faceted condition [26], we
should evaluate the heterogeneity of its functional impairment from different angles.
The symptom criteria in this study provided evidence that smartphone addiction has similar
psychopathology with the traditional substance use disorders. The core symptoms of substance use
disorders are impaired control , which consist of four criteria: (1) use larger amounts/longer, (2)

Religion In Higher Education
Introduction/ Historical significance Throughout the years there s been a tremendous change in the
collegiate way of living. The American college life as we know it simulated the swinging of a
pendulum in a deep curve. In the colonial days practices such as loco parentis was prevalent in higher
education institutions. Religion was also a huge part in higher education as well as campus life.
Extracurricular activities came to the surface as students began to form their own organizations and

Has it been restored? Although higher education institutions are now considered secular, this was not
the case in the early colonial age. Jacobsen and Jacobsen (2012) mentioned that the three stages of
campus religion in the history of American higher education could presumably be split into the
following three stages: Protestant, Privatized and Multiform (p.2). At the time of the Protestant age,
religion and morality (character formation) were paramount to higher education institutions. At the
time of the Privatized age, religion was commonly shifted into the private scope of personal choice as
learning and teaching began to target impartiality and practicality. The third section (Multiform) is the
current age we live in. In this current age there are many sorts of religions that are prominent in
cultural discourse. Jacobsen and Jacobsen (2012) observed that, religion s return has been facilitated
by several broad developments within higher education, including new emphases on multiculturalism,

Like the defendant in Moore, Herrera is entitled to summary judgment as a matter of law in this
action, because she could not have known or realized that the rock towers on her property would pose
an unreasonable risk of death or serious bodily injury to Maria. Herrera s private property is located in
a remote location in Arizona where she allows adults to view her land art by appointment only. It is
reasonably understandable that Herrera does not like uninvited or unwanted individuals on her

Sexualization Of Beauty Pageants

audience of mostly moms screams, applauds, and cheers for them behind the line of judges, showing
the girls the exact moves they are supposed to be doing. A beauty pageant is an assembly of girls or

They promote a materialistic belief that tells young girls that physical beauty is most important. The
number of young girls who are growing up too early is growing rapidly throughout the United States
and the rest of the world. Kids are deprived of their childhood because pageants take up all their time
and they make them eager to grow up because of all the makeup and glitz. When they want to go
outside and play with their friends, they are forced to practice for hours before an upcoming pageant.
They grow up way too fast because parents are allowing them to wear revealing clothes and act
inappropriately for their age. For example, Windy Dickey dressed her daughter, Paisley, Winner of
many Child Beauty Pageants, up in a costume that was exactly the same as Julia Roberts character
wore in the movie Pretty Woman the fitted, skin baring white blouse, the tight blue mini skirt and
thigh high, shiny black boots (Canning). These young girls wear tons of makeup, false eyelashes, have
their eyebrows done, have fake hair and even flippers which are fake teeth. Beauty pageant contestants
may develop a misconception about life and beauty while being involved in them. They may grow up
to believe that only physical beauty matters and that it is the primary judge of one s self worth.

Robinson Crusoe Analysis
Robinson Crusoe, by Daniel Defoe, tells the exciting tale of a young man s adventures and growth in
wisdom and faith throughout his life and experiences. The main character, Robinson Crusoe, decides
to pursue his desire to go to sea as a young man despite the protests of his family. After many ill fated
voyages and events, Crusoe finally becomes shipwrecked on an island, where he spends the next
twenty eight years. It is here that Crusoe begins to truly understand God and Divine Providence,
something that he originally holds a more twisted view of. During his youth, and his early days of
isolation on the island, Crusoe believes that God is a disinterested and at times wrathful creator who
does not give much thought to his creation. Even though his original repentance is through fear,
Crusoe eventually comes to understand that God has a guiding hand in the events of the universe, and
that the love he holds for his creatures is without end. Robinson Crusoe journeys in his attitude toward
Divine Providence from a rebellion against what he perceives as a disinterested authority early on, to
an initial repentance and conversion through the vision dream, and finally, to an active and mature
faith in a loving God, Who protects and guides all things, by the end of his stay on the island.
At the beginning of the story, when Crusoe is a young man, it can be seen that Crusoe s attitude
towards God and Divine Providence is definitely lacking. Having been weak in his faith to begin with,

be a very subtle but effective piece in the multiple offer strategies challenge. Normally, earnest money
is in between 1 2% of the total purchasing price. On a $250,000 investment, earnest money would
normally be anywhere between $2,500 $ 4,000 in a standard realty market. The twin cities house
Buyer only pays the Seller the earnest money right after their offer is agreed to. If you withdraw or the
deal flops for a reason not protected by contingencies, the seller can retain that money. You won t pay
it unless your offer is accepted, but you ll tell the seller how much money you want to pay as a
component of your offer. Make sense? The strategy is to spend a little more earnest money to prove to
the homeowner just how much you enjoy their house and win the offer. On that same $250,000
purchase you may decide to pay $6,000 or $7,000 in earnest funds. Ultimately, if you do wind up
purchasing the home, that cash will either be applied to your down payment or your closing expenses;
consider it a little down payment for your new house. Often it boils down to just a few thousand
dollars to gain

  • 2. Benjamin Netanyahu Qualities Benjamin Bibi Netanyahu was born on October 21,1949 in Tel Aviv and is a prominent world leader and the current Prime Minister of Israel. Truth be told, it was not always smooth sailing for Netanyahu and for most parts, it was an uphill battle for him. Despite all the impediments he faced along the way, he remained focus, had confidence and exhibited persistence (some of the many qualities of a true leader) and he persevered to get where he is today. In 1963, Benjamin Netanyahu took residence in the United States of America, particularly in the state of Philadelphia where he and his family moved as a result of his father Benzion Netanyahu receiving academic post. Benjamin returned to Israel at age 18 and got enlisted in 1967 in the Israeli military where he became a soldier and spent five years. Netanyahu was apart of an elite unit called Sayeret Matkal where he was serving as captain, even in his early days ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... • 3. An Age Of Doubt By James Joyce Frequently referred to as an age of doubt, the Modernist period of literature was characterized by authors who sought to challenge the notion of a literary text containing a single truth or meaning. Modernist writers went against societal and cultural customs by questioning literature and focusing on the individual experience of a text. As a result, much of modern literature destabilizes meaning through the use of ambiguity and suspense. Accordingly, ambiguity plays a central role in James Joyce s short story, Eveline. Throughout the story, nineteen year old Eveline contemplates leaving her home in Dublin to pursue a happier life with a sailor named Frank. At home, she leads a dismal life with her violent father, and therefore the prospect of life with Frank in Buenos Ayres presents itself as an enticing escape. However, Eveline finds herself trapped between familiarity and freedom, between what she could do and what she wants to do. While numerous critics have attempted to uncover whether Eveline favours her staying or leaving, the story remains ambiguous with its two mutually exclusive meanings (Luft 48). In Joyce s Eveline, ambiguity obscures the answer the reader seeks and reveals that Eveline cannot make a choice because her situation is inescapable putting the reader in a position of hermeneutic conflict, analogous to Eveline s irresolvable inner conflict (Luft 50). Throughout Eveline, the ambiguity surrounding Frank s character is a major source of ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

It is one of the metal which is liquid in normal pressure and temperature. Which helps us to understand many parameters which are dependent on pressure and temperature. It was recognized as an element by A. L. Lavoisier in the 18th century. Some of the properties of the element are as follows. It is also used in make thermometers and barometers because of its greatest density of 13.534 gm cm to power of 3, it does not need a large tube to measure the pressure and thermometer. Like in a barometer if we use water then we would need a tube of 10.4m to measure the atmospheric temperature but if we use mercury we can measure the atmospheric temperature in a tube on only 0.76m. In a thermometers because of its large range of the boiling and melting points, it helps us to measure a large range of temperature. It also been used for making batteries. It can also be used to dental amalgams. Mercury is used to make dental amalgam because when it is mixed with amalgam powder, the compound it creates is soft enough to press on the tooth. it also becomes hard very fast which helps it to withstand the force of biting. But it has raised question on whether it is safe and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) evaluated the research and told it is safe for people above 6 years of age. **** One of the disadvantage of mercury is that it is toxic in nature due to which it has to be handled with care. Due to which it can result in death of people if they get mercury poisoning and if it is not treated in time. Due to mercury we are now able to make thermometers and barometers which has helped the people a lot. Due to it has helped us to find ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 7. Music Education Has On A Student Music education is often pushed to the side in terms of academics. It is often the victim of many budget cuts as it is seen as unnecessary and expensive. Looking from an outside point of view, most fail to realize how much of an impact music has on a student. The only loss they see when cutting a music program is that a student would simply no longer have the ability to learn an instrument. However, music education proves to provide much more knowledge and skills to a student than that. In learning any subject, a student learns much more than just that subject. For example, they might learn to think critically, think outside of the box, or learn to see things in different perspectives. Music is just the same. Any student gains much more than only the skill to play an instrument. In fact, music is special. It is much different than what is regularly taught in school. It takes on a different perspective of learning, but also, multiple aspects of a student s brain is needed in order to carry out the function to learn music. In these sources listed below, these articles focus on how music education does benefit its learner in many different ways. Music educated students excel not only in music, but studies have proven that they do better in academic based subjects than those who have not taken music classes. They gain skills that help them in thinking, learning, creating, and even perseverance. Students educated in music receive much more than they expect. These lasting ... • 9. Outline The Doctrine Of R2P OUTLINE THE DOCTRINE OF R2P Over centuries the international community has witnessed the deadly harm of sovereign states that have demonstrated acts of colossal inhumanity, such as the atrocities of the Holocaust, Khmer Rouge and Rwanda. All these episodes have contributed of an introduction to a new paradigm of international of law, The Responsibly to Protect (R2P). This was adopted unanimously in 2005 by United Nations General assembly World Summit. The R2P doctrine is based on 3 pillars of responsibility: 1. Each nation state is obligated to protect its populace from crimes such as genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity . 2.The international community has to encourage states to uphold their role in ensuring R2P is adequately met. 3. If the nation state fails to protect its populace from these crimes, it therefore it becomes an implication for the international community to collectively take action. Notably this must be in accordance to article 39 of the United Nations Charter. Hence, academic scholar Bellamy reinforces this; R2P offers the best change in our own time to build an international community that is less tolerant of mass atrocities and more predisposed to preventing them . However it must be noted that the doctrine of R2P is not legally binding. Chinese Philosophy Encompasses A Myriad Of Philosophies Chinese philosophy encompasses a myriad of philosophies that speak on religion, human nature, tradition, how to govern and essentially how to live. Among these collections of schools of thought are Confucianism and Toaism. While there exists both similarities and differences between the Confucian sage and the Taoist sage their political beliefs communicate different methods of achieving a prosperous and ethical state. However, based on the apparent adaptability and separation from potentially inadequate socially imposed structures, the philosophical approach introduced by Taoist thought is more favorable in creating a healthy and strong state. Confucius as a teacher was concerned with moral conduct, tradition and history. The sage by ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... What is right is already laid out in Confucian thought in the form of established ideals. Morality is thus predefined. All members of the state must adhere to a moral law passed down from ancient exemplars. However, a ruler with direction will have a proper functioning government, as his example will encourage morality in others. Operating in this fashion will omit the need to enforce laws since others will follow in their way. The ministers will function according to loyalty by following the way, regulating wayward others. Taoism is modeled after a living philosophy. Naturalism is practiced and the role of the supernatural is downplayed. Ancestor worship is used as a way to pay reverence to the ancient elders of the past to reinforce honours and values of the culture through storytelling and practice teaching. The soul is regarded as being connected to the physical world in order to view the self as bound to Earth. The Taoist sage is free, they follow the way and respond to situations without prejudice regardless of circumstance. The sage practices wu wei or non action, where the sage will essentially do nothing. Being the focal point of society, all affairs will revolve around them, their own job being to lead through example of proper conduct. Assignment On The Aspects Of Clinical Decision Making Assignment #2 Clinical Decision Making According to Mary Gillespie nurses do range of thinking process before making a decision in the clinical settings. It is subjective and is made on the basis of data collected by various assessments (Gillespie M. , 2014). This assignment gave us opportunity to study and analyze a case study where we witnessed the effects of clinical decision making directly on a patient s health. Through this case scenario we see the main factors that influenced Kathy s clinical decision making are assessments, personal knowledge, previous experience, collaborative practice, information from family, and most of all ethics. Paterson s Frame Work in this Scenario The basic knowledge of the nurse helps her to make positive clinical decisions, in addition, a nurse remains engaged with both existing knowledge and accruing new knowledge or skills related to the specific patient or situation (Gillespie M. , 2014). In this scenario the nurse Kathy shows various aspects of her knowledge and ability as the base of her clinical decision making. Knowing the Self Knowing the self is about nurse not only know her skills, strengths, experience, limitations but also believes in influence of her own personal beliefs, values, assumptions, and perceptions while this guides her in decision making process (Gillespie, 2014). • 13. The Functions And Mechanisms Of Homeostasis The purpose of this report will be to examine the functions and mechanisms of homeostasis and how this applies to osmotic regulation in humans. It will then explain the processes behind osmotic regulation and discuss the significance of the system, including how it can be affected by various conditions. Homeostasis refers to a series of processes that allow the body s internal environment to maintain stability despite a fluctuating external environment. This occurs in all living organisms in some way as it is necessary for life. Some of the factors affected by homeostasis are temperature, glucose levels, water levels, pH level and blood pressure, among many others. The reason homeostasis is necessary for life depends on the factor being affected. Usually (at least in the case of temperature and pH) the factors have an influence on how effective the enzymes in the body are. Enzymes are natural catalysts that speed up processes in the body that rely on chemical reactions. This includes respiration which allows us to generate energy. Enzymes work by having a part called the active site which carries out the enzyme s task. When an enzyme is exposed to temperatures that are too high the active site will become damaged and the enzyme will denature. However if they are too cold then the speed at which they are able to work will slow down. Because enzymes are responsible for so many important functions this means they need to be kept at the optimum environmental range, hence why ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

The Signalman, by Charles Dickens; The Battler by Ernest Hemingway In what way do the two authors create and maintain interest and suspense in their stories? In Charles Dickens The Signalman the story starts by introducing the main character (a railway signalman). Another character is also introduced: the narrator. Dickens describes the signalman as a dark sallow man and as having a dark beard and heavy eyebrows . It seems that Dickens wishes to portray the signalman as a dark and ominous figure. Then he tells the narrator what is wrong: the ghostly sightings. This again makes us question his sanity. Dickens maintains this suspense that he has created with use of a leitmotiv of the red light, which is linked to the menacing apparition and maybe an accident on the railway. When the narrator leaves after the first visit the signalman still has not told him the full story about the apparition. We have to wait until their next meeting to find out for ourselves. Research Paper On Minerve Situated on the southern part of the Natural Park of Haute Languedoc, at the foot hills of Montainge Noire and only 1 hour drive from the Mediterranean sea, the little village of Minerve, population 122, is in the same time the historic capital of the Minervois region, an outstanding historic AND geologic site and a member of the Most beautiful villages of France Les Plus Beaux Villages de France community. Built on a rocky bluff, Minerve, or Menerba in the local Occitan language, overlooks from an altitude of more than 60 meters (200 feet) the gorges of the Rivers Cesse and Brian. It is here that on July 22, 1210, 180 Cathars who did not renounce their faith were burned alive, after Minerve fell to the crusaders army at the end of a siege that lasted 7 weeks. The siege ended when, in the middle of the summer with both Rivers Brian and Cesse dry, the crusaders, led by the notorious Simon de Monfort, destroyed the village s only water source, Saint Rustic well, whose remains can be still seen today. Minerve, the village hovering above two canyons and surrounded by strong defensive walls, was a not to be ignored place during medieval or late medieval warfare and so it participated also in the religious wars of the 16th century when it was a hiding place for Huguenots who were defeated here by the armies of the Marshall Anne de Montmorency. Besides being a high historic site, Minerve, or more precisely the natural caves called ponts formed in the Cesse River canyon walls, where the river actually disappears when in low flow, make an exceptional geological site. • 40. Sexualization Of Beauty Pageants When most people think of beauty pageants, they think of Barbie like little girls with their tiny bedazzled dresses and swimsuits strutting their stuff on stage while showing off their million dollar smile. The pageant judges watch their every move looking for a mistake in their routine while an audience of mostly moms screams, applauds, and cheers for them behind the line of judges, showing the girls the exact moves they are supposed to be doing. A beauty pageant is an assembly of girls or women at which judges select the most beautiful (Cartwright). Beauty pageants are one of the fastest growing businesses in America grossing over 5 billion dollars (Nussbaum). They are usually divided into categories; personality, talent, modeling, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... They promote a materialistic belief that tells young girls that physical beauty is most important. The number of young girls who are growing up too early is growing rapidly throughout the United States and the rest of the world. Kids are deprived of their childhood because pageants take up all their time and they make them eager to grow up because of all the makeup and glitz. When they want to go outside and play with their friends, they are forced to practice for hours before an upcoming pageant. They grow up way too fast because parents are allowing them to wear revealing clothes and act inappropriately for their age. For example, Windy Dickey dressed her daughter, Paisley, Winner of many Child Beauty Pageants, up in a costume that was exactly the same as Julia Roberts character wore in the movie Pretty Woman the fitted, skin baring white blouse, the tight blue mini skirt and thigh high, shiny black boots (Canning). These young girls wear tons of makeup, false eyelashes, have their eyebrows done, have fake hair and even flippers which are fake teeth. Beauty pageant contestants may develop a misconception about life and beauty while being involved in them. They may grow up to believe that only physical beauty matters and that it is the primary judge of one s self worth. Pageants can damage the self esteem of a young girl when things do not go as she would hope (Nussbaum). • 41. Robinson Crusoe Analysis Robinson Crusoe, by Daniel Defoe, tells the exciting tale of a young man s adventures and growth in wisdom and faith throughout his life and experiences. The main character, Robinson Crusoe, decides to pursue his desire to go to sea as a young man despite the protests of his family. After many ill fated voyages and events, Crusoe finally becomes shipwrecked on an island, where he spends the next twenty eight years. It is here that Crusoe begins to truly understand God and Divine Providence, something that he originally holds a more twisted view of. During his youth, and his early days of isolation on the island, Crusoe believes that God is a disinterested and at times wrathful creator who does not give much thought to his creation. Even though his original repentance is through fear, Crusoe eventually comes to understand that God has a guiding hand in the events of the universe, and that the love he holds for his creatures is without end. Robinson Crusoe journeys in his attitude toward Divine Providence from a rebellion against what he perceives as a disinterested authority early on, to an initial repentance and conversion through the vision dream, and finally, to an active and mature faith in a loving God, Who protects and guides all things, by the end of his stay on the island. At the beginning of the story, when Crusoe is a young man, it can be seen that Crusoe s attitude towards God and Divine Providence is definitely lacking. Having been weak in his faith to begin with, ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Increase Your Earnest Money I would state that 80%, or better, of all the Twin Cities house buyers I have consulted with, had no concept what earnest money was when it arrived time to develop an offer. It s one of those things that doesn t get spoken about a whole heck of a lot, I presume. The earnest money amount in an offer may be a very subtle but effective piece in the multiple offer strategies challenge. Normally, earnest money is in between 1 2% of the total purchasing price. On a $250,000 investment, earnest money would normally be anywhere between $2,500 $ 4,000 in a standard realty market. The twin cities house Buyer only pays the Seller the earnest money right after their offer is agreed to. If you withdraw or the deal flops for a reason not protected by contingencies, the seller can retain that money. You won t pay it unless your offer is accepted, but you ll tell the seller how much money you want to pay as a component of your offer. Make sense? The strategy is to spend a little more earnest money to prove to the homeowner just how much you enjoy their house and win the offer. On that same $250,000 purchase you may decide to pay $6,000 or $7,000 in earnest funds. Ultimately, if you do wind up purchasing the home, that cash will either be applied to your down payment or your closing expenses; consider it a little down payment for your new house. Often it boils down to just a few thousand dollars to gain ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
