I think that the current method for registration is outdated. To arrive a patient for services, the technique is currently straight forward and organized as the flowchart. Additional step could be taken to increase data transmission and accelerate the overall registration processes.Process Improvement Flowchart

I could improve this approach by asking comprehensive questions during each patient encounter. This is so I could learn the registration process as much as possible. Learning through observation and physically registering patients would be the most informative Furthermore, this will reduce the number of calls that must be made when information s missed.

Point-of-Care is a web-based application which works on mobile & laptops. This application can be used by Doctor’s/Patient’s and the features would changes based on the user type (Doctors/Patients). The patient-user-application (or patient app or customer app) enables patients to keep a track on their dosage, consumption, inventory details, medicine information, prescription information, consulting doctor information and many more. Whereas in case of doctor-user-application (or doctor app), it can be used to enter or keep track of patients past records, strategic data. It also enables doctors to enter prescription (with dosage, schedule details etc.) of a patient, which in turn can sync with the patient-user-application. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

The Database consists of 5 tables; patient, doctor, staff,
diagnosis and bill. The ‘patient’ table consists of the
basic data about the patient. ‘doctor’ consists of the
information about doctor. The table ‘staff’ consists of
the information regarding the staff(employee, nurse).
‘Diagnosis’ consists of data about the patient’s feverish.
And finally, ‘bill’ table records the fee data of patient. In
this way the entire billing system is integrated within a
single database.

17. Conclusion
• The project Hospital Management System (HMS) is for
computerizing the working in a hospital. The software
takes care of all the requirements of an average
hospital and is capable to provide easy and effective
storage of information related to patients that come up
to the hospital.
• It generates test reports; provide prescription details
including various tests, check-up and medicines
prescribed to patient and doctor. It also provides
injection details and billing facility.
• The system also provides the facility of backup as per
the requirement.
