Unformatted Preview Week 5: Concepts / Data Examples We have been reviewing data
modeling for several weeks and you should be into the second or third draft of the
assignment. You have a choice this week for your discussion board: What data modeling
concepts are you still figuring out or working through? Is it Primary Keys, Relationships,
Associative Entities, translating the narrative? Be specific and discuss how you think that
concept works and what questions you are unsure about. – OR Take a couple of entities and
a relationship or an associative entity and model out how the data would work like we did
during lecture within the slides and the Panther Music example. Student’s example 1 :
Panther Music ERD Example I choose to illustrate a many to many relationship. Bullet point
from example: Panther Records also tracks different types of instruments (e.g., guitar,
synthesizer, flute). For each instrument, the musical range (soprano, alto, tenor, baritone,
