It is a team sport in which 2 teams of
7 players each (6 court players and
a goalkeeper) pass a ball using
their hands with the aim of
throwing it into the goal of the
other team
WHERE DO YOU PLAY IT?
It is played on a court of 40 by 20
meters, with a goal in the middle
of each end. The goals are
surrounded by a 6-meter zone
where only the goalkeeper is
allowed

MAIN RULES
• Court players can not touch the ball with their legs and feet.
• Players can take up to three steps without dribbling.
• No attacking or defending players other than the defending
goalkeeper are allowed to touch the floor of the goal area.
• A standard match has two
30-minute halves with a
10- to 15-minute halftime
break.
