TASKS
2. JUGGLING WITH 1 BALL AND 1 HAND
Task number 1: THROW AND DO
Toss (lanza) the ball, and perform a movement before catching it. Examples: clap your hands (da palmadas), sit
down, spin around (da una vuelta)…
Task number 2: BETWEEN YOUR LEGS
Toss the ball between your legs and catch it with the other hand.
Task number 3: FROM YOUR BACK
Toss the ball from your back and catch it with the other hand in front of your body.
Toss or throw the ball up (lanza) and across your body, high above your opposite shoulder. Toss it back, up and
across over the shoulder on the side it started. This creates an X shape.

4. JUGGLING WITH 2 BALLS AND 3 BALLS
3 WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?
Start this exercise with two
balls in your dominant hand.
Throw the first ball and when
the ball is starting going down
throw the other.
You have to start with two balls in one hand and
the other in the other hand. You have to throw
one ball from your right hand to your left. Then,
you continue throwing one ball from your left and
then from the right again. You have to start with
the hand that is holding two balls and then count
two more tosses.
