The traditional angle sensor in angle measurement of vehicle has some disadvantages such as low stability, low reliability and anti-interference ability. Based on inertiadeviceshas a high sensitivity and little affected by magnetic interference in the measurement of angle .It does not rely on external information and stability advantages. Using gyroscopes, is developed to replace the traditional method for measuring the angle of angle sensor for vehicle, and random error in measurement results are filtered. The programme uses a CRS03-04S gyro, installed on the vehicle front wheel shaft, used to measure the angular speed of the front wheels, in order to calculate the actual angle of the front wheels. Finally, using Kalman filtering to deal with the random error in measurement results separately, so as to provide accurate real-time information around the corner on the steering control. Experimental results show that thisprogramme than with traditional sensor has better stability, reliability, and timeliness, but also is more accurate.

There are two ways which are automatic system and remote system to control the grass cutter robot. The grasscutter can be controlled by the remote technology or automatic technology according to the customer's desire. The power supply for the whole system is battery which can be charged by using the solar panel. By using 20W solar panel, the power consumption and the labor hire can be reduced. And then, the system uses 12V battery to power the vehicle movement and cutting operation. Compass sensor is used to differentiate the direction for a grass cutter. The ultrasonic sensor is used as the eye of the smart solar grass cutter it can avoid the object in the path during the operation. This smart solar grass cutter is suitable for the unskilled person for cutting the grass. LCD display is used to show the instructions of the user and it can be understood by the customer. Solar energy is radiant light and heat from the sun that is harnessed through technologies like solar heating, photovoltaics, and solar thermal energy. It is a highly appealing renewable energy source due to the sun's eternal energy. Solar energy has a wide range of uses including generating electricity at solar power plants, and powering vehicles, boats, and aircraft. While it has advantages like being renewable and requiring low maintenance, solar energy also has disadvantages like high initial costs and dependence on weather conditions.
design and development of mechanical solar tracking system
In recent years, the growing global interest in the conservation of environment has provided a fresh motivation for research in the area of solar energy utilization. Already, installation of solar energy extraction devices such as solar panels, solar water heaters, solar cookers etc. is becoming popular in urban buildings. Most of these devices consist of a solar receptor that is kept facing the sun during the day, but the sun moves from east to west and the efficiency of the panel decreases. If one could trap this extra energy source then the efficiency of the solar panel would be increased. A tracking mechanism following the sun would achieve this aim. An attempt has been made to develop a simple yet efficient sun tracking mechanism using a motor, a speed reduction mechanism and real timer. The mechanism has been designed such that the sunrays falling on the panel are always perpendicular to the panel resulting in increase in efficiency of the electricity generation. This report presents, in detail, the design and construction adopted to develop the functional model that was fabricated and tested for performance which yielded the efficiency increase of 28.41% as compared to the conventional stationary panel position.

Construction of Automatic Solar Lawn Mower
Today, invention is very important and conventional machine was replaced by the automatic robot. The user can be controlled by using the remote or automatic mode. There are two ways which are automatic system and remote system to control the grass cutter robot. The grasscutter can be controlled by the remote technology or automatic technology according to the customer's desire. The power supply for the whole system is battery which can be charged by using the solar panel. By using 20W solar panel, the power consumption and the labor hire can be reduced. And then, the system uses 12V battery to power the vehicle movement and cutting operation. Compass sensor is used to differentiate the direction for a grass cutter. The ultrasonic sensor is used as the eye of the smart solar grass cutter it can avoid the object in the path during the operation. This smart solar grass cutter is suitable for the unskilled person for cutting the grass. LCD display is used to show the instructions of the user and it can be understood by the customer. Solar energy is radiant light and heat from the sun that is harnessed through technologies like solar heating, photovoltaics, and solar thermal energy. It is a highly appealing renewable energy source due to the sun's eternal energy. Solar energy has a wide range of uses including generating electricity at solar power plants, and powering vehicles, boats, and aircraft. While it has advantages like being renewable and requiring low maintenance, solar energy also has disadvantages like high initial costs and dependence on weather conditions.

In recent years, the growing global interest in the conservation of environment has provided a fresh motivation for research in the area of solar energy utilization. Already, installation of solar energy extraction devices such as solar panels, solar water heaters, solar cookers etc. is becoming popular in urban buildings. Most of these devices consist of a solar receptor that is kept facing the sun during the day, but the sun moves from east to west and the efficiency of the panel decreases. If one could trap this extra energy source then the efficiency of the solar panel would be increased. A tracking mechanism following the sun would achieve this aim. An attempt has been made to develop a simple yet efficient sun tracking mechanism using a motor, a speed reduction mechanism and real timer. The mechanism has been designed such that the sunrays falling on the panel are always perpendicular to the panel resulting in increase in efficiency of the electricity generation. This report presents, in detail, the design and construction adopted to develop the functional model that was fabricated and tested for performance which yielded the efficiency increase of 28.41% as compared to the conventional stationary panel position.

and receive medical advice from remote location. Computer-based design analysis is nowadays a common
activity in most development projects. Traditionally, the design field has been identified with particular end
products, e.g., mechanical design, electrical design, ship design. In these fields, design work is largely based on
specific techniques to foster certain product characteristics and principles The scope of this work includes, to
design, to model the bevel gear, to select gear materials , to detailed factor safety in design and to analysis
bevel gears. Gears are toothed elements that transmit rotary motion from one shaft to another. Gears are
generally rugged and durable and their power transmission efficiency is as high as 98%. Gears are usually more
costly than chains and belts. Bevel gears are gears where the axes of the two shafts intersect and the toothbearing
faces of the gears themselves are conically shaped. Bevel gears are most often mounted on shafts that
are 90 degrees apart, but can be designed to work at other angles as well. The pitch surface of bevel gears is a
cone. Two bevel gears in mesh is known as bevel gearing. In bevel gearing, the pitch cone angles of the pinion
and gear are to be determined from the shaft angle, i.e., the angle between the intersecting shafts. The bevel
gear has many diverse applications such as locomotives, marine applications, automobiles, printing presses,
cooling towers, power plants, steel plants, railway track inspection machines, etc

- 6. Gears are used to transmit motion or change speed or direction of the machines. Some examples of machines tha use gears are: bikes, cars, clocks, trains.
- 8. External An external gear is one with the teeth formed on the outer surface of a cylinder or cone. Internal an internal gear is one with the teeth formed on the inner surface of a cylinder or cone.
- 9. Rack and pinion: A rack is a toothed bar or rod that can be thought of as a sector gear with an infinitely large radius of curvature.
