The document examines the impact of project managers' leadership styles, specifically task-oriented versus relationship-oriented styles, on employees' job satisfaction, performance, and turnover within Iranian oil and gas projects. A survey conducted with 100 employees revealed that those led by relationship-oriented project managers reported higher job satisfaction and performance, and lower turnover rates compared to those led by task-oriented managers. The study highlights the importance of leadership style in influencing employee outcomes in project-based environments.
