About his profession, being an active participant and loyal associate of an Institution by having 15 years of teaching experience in Engineering Colleges and currently working as an Assistant Professor in Management studies at Kristu Jayanti College, Bangalore. As a part of his profession, he is undergoing his research (Ph.D) in Management from Annamalai University, Chidambaram. He had completed his Post graduate (M.B.A.) in PSNA College of Engineering and Technology, Dindigul, M.S.W. & M.A. with UG degree (B.Sc) in Physics and qualified NET – JRF in Management studies. As a part of his Research work, he had published 9 research articles in International & National Journal.
