them for Alzheimer s Disease. This means that Vascular Dementia, Dementia with Lewy Bodies,
and Parkinson s Disease Dementia are conversely overlooked as possible diagnoses. Special
attention to clinical presentation and the use of diagnostic tests (such as the MRI) and assessment
scales (like the Mini Mental State Exam) aid in distinguishing between these diseases, and therefore
better the evaluation process. There are other telltale markers that aid in assessing these diseases, as
well. Alzheimer s Disease often presents with a slow decline in memory, while Vascular Dementia
patients experiences sharp declines in cognition. Patients suffering from Parkinson s Disease
Dementia and Dementia with Lewy bodies often present with symptoms of psychoses and
hallucinations as well as cognitive impairments, and they differ in the onset time of dementia. The

unique, most of us cant do it but CY can. CY has this ability and it has become second nature for
him. When I moved to Malaysia, he could tell that I was timid. When he sat next to me, he
began to ask questions about my age, the places I ve been and my impression of Malaysia. At
first, I did not know what to do because usually, no one would go up to me. When he struck a
conversation, I began to mumble and he could tell I was scared. As he realized this, he took me
around the school and I asked him questions such as How is the community here? Are they
friendly? When I asked him these questions, he immediately knew I got bullied frequently. He
began to introduce me to some of his friends and taught me how to socialize. Out of curiosity, I
asked him Why are you helping me? He replied back I know you have been through a rough

A public goods game is an experimental game where subjects choose the amount of money or
tokens they would like to place in a public pot. It is done so privately without anyone else knowing
about it. The amount is then multiplied equally by a factor, and it is then equally shared among the
participants. (Radoc, 2001) Although some players would have contributed less they are allowed to
keep tokens or money amounts they did not contribute. Peoples contributions are also heavily
subjective what how much their peers contribute, and also benchmarked upon previous
