In Act III scene 7 of Shakespeare s King Lear, Gloucester returns to his castle after secretly

approached Anne Lindebergh asking if she had taken the baby from his nursery room. Moments
later it was discovered that the baby had been kidnapped directly from the second story of the
Lindbergh s home and a ransom note for 50,000 dollars left on the windowsill. News Fig. 1
traveled fast and soon Newspapers alike were reporting on the kidnapping on the Lindbergh s
infant child(Fig1) where the only evidence left was the ransom note, the ladder, a chisel, and the
absence of the child. All hope seemed lost when even after the ransom was paid the infant came

this terrible act, but little did they know the evidence found was just enough to catch the

mother took us to the Outlets for school shopping. I enjoyed that because I like school shopping,

The lady in the center of the picture has a bad tempered look on her face, and has her arms
crossed. Toward the picture s right side, there are pumpkins of assorted shapes and sizes. The
pumpkins are candle holders, and of course, they hold pumpkin scented candles. The smell of the
candles reminds me of Thanksgiving, and pumpkin pie with cinnamon. Some of the pumpkin
shaped candle holders feel almost like real pumpkins, even though I know they are made of

Throughout the play Torvald refers to Nora as his lark, or songbird; two birds that are

For comic book enthusiasts during the 1950 s, Frederic Wertham was more threatening to the
reader than any fictitious villain that they had read of before. This is because Dr. Frederic
Wertham dedicated his career to attacking the negative impact comic books had on its readers.
Additionally, he discussed the atrocious social implications they produced in American culture.
Wertham took a similar viewpoint to Sigmund Freud in that he believed, one s morals are
strongly influenced by the society in which a person lives. With this view, Wertham sought to

opportunities in each of three distinct strands: Technological Practice, Technological Knowledge
and the Nature of Technology, students are provided with opportunities to be creative, innovative
and to develop technological skill through practical activity. It does not however currently address
the specific development of Innovation and the Management of Technological Practice in its
curriculum strands and component descriptors.
With the Technological Practice strand focusing on planning for practice, brief development,
outcome development and evaluation and the Technological Knowledge strand focused on
technological modelling, products and systems, the curriculum has the make and do aspects of
technology generally well covered. However it is the third strand, being The Nature of technology
which studies the characteristics of technology and those of technological outcomes that must be
further developed with the addition of Technological Innovation and the Management of
Technological practice as additional objectives.
