Step # 2
Everyone, please stand up
Step # 3
During the next 2 minutes, please
give and receive ideas to / from
the person next to you
During the 1st minute, person A gives ideas to help
improve the behavior that person B wants to improve.
Person B simply listens.
When I say ”change roles”, person B gives ideas
to help improve the behavior that person A wants
to improve.
Now, person A simply listens during 1 minute.
Step # 4
Change conversation partner
When I say ”change conversation partner”, please do this:
1. Shake hands with the person you just talked with and say
thank you for the ideas you got from each other.
2. Take 3 steps to the right and say hello to the next person
you meet.
3. Tell each other what behaviour each of you wants
to improve.
4. During the 1st minute, person A gives ideas to person B.
5. During the 2nd minute, person B gives ideas to person A.
We will do 5 rounds of 2 minutes.

reflect individually on what you learned.
