Faircrete R2 Special is a clear, melamine-based retarding concrete plasticizer that extends setting time, increases workability, and reduces water requirements for concrete strength. FAIRCRETE R2 SPECIAL is a retarding water reducing admixture
conforming to IS-9103-2003 BS-5075 Part-I : 1982 and ASTM C-
494 : 71 type D. Retard the setting time of concrete and to reduce
water requirement for a specified workability.

FAIRCRETE R2 SPECIAL is clear colour melamine based retarding
plasticizer can be used with all types of white cements. FAIRCRETE
R2 SPECIAL acts as both a set-retarder and as a plasticizer.
