Fairgrout is a high strength, non-shrink polymer cementitious grout ideal for heavy-duty applications such as grouting machinery and construction joints. It boasts excellent tensile properties, flowable consistency, and compatibility with various construction materials while maintaining a strong bond with the substrate. The product is suitable for gap widths of 10-50 mm and offers protective requirements during curing for optimal performance.

3. Uses
• The expensive properties of FAIRGROUT combined with the high
strength makes it ideal for grouting of machine beds, tracks, crane rails and
transformers.
• The material is also suitable for grouting of stanchion bases, struts,
railings guard rail assemblies, construction joints in precast slabs.
FAIRGROUT ensures excellent flexibility so ideal for construction joints and
similar applications.

4. Description
FAIRGROUT is a two pack high strength, non-shrink polymer cementitious
grout with both high early and ultimate strengths. FAIRGROUT has
excellent flow properties and will not shrink after placing. FAIRGROUT is
free from corrosive substances. FAIRGROUT is suitable for use in gap
width of between 10-50 mm. In order to achieve optimum quality exposed
FAIRGROUT and the outer surface of any shuttering should be protected
from weather conditions for at least 12 hours. Sacks, matting, plastic sheets
etc. should be placed as protection immediately after placing the grout.
