Fairadd is a super-plasticiser and shrinkage-compensating grout admixture that offers high fluidity, reduced water-to-cement ratio, and high strength while being iron and chloride free. It is a powdered additive that, when mixed with cement and sand, creates a non-shrink, easy-flowing grout ideal for grouting and in-filling applications. Fairadd is packaged in 200 gm sealed containers or pouches.

3. Description
FAIRADD is a plasticising, shrinkage compensating grout additive.
FAIRADD is a single pack powdered admixture which when added to
cement (cement : sand) produces an easy flow, high strength, shrinkage
compensating grout. It is ideally suited for grouting and in-filling where a
non-shrink, free-flowing product is required. FAIRADD imparts super-
plasticising / high water reducing properties as well as positive expansion.
