The abolition movement is one of the most important events that blacks remember and find so
meaningful because it was the attempt to free black slaves. Abolition is the attempt to end slavery
and many of historic figures were apart of this movement. They knew that slavery was wrong and
a sin before God. Abolitionist worked diligently on the cause and William Lloyd Garrisonwas one
who I admire for his many works. William Lloyd Garrison was born in Newburyport,
Massachusetts, and by the age of 25 he joined his first abolition movement called The American
Colonization Society this is where his first works began. Garrison and the abolitionist felt that
slavery was a crime against God and man and he also had a strong Christian belief that led him
to feel that God had designed him ti do great things which ended up being to end slavery. By the
age of 25 he took a job in Baltimore which was predominantly black, as a journeyman at the
National Philanthropist, where he gained much experience that he eventually decided to start his
own newspaper. January 1, 1831, Garrison published his first newspaper called The Liberator

Anti Slavery Society, and, on December 4, 1833, the American Anti Slavery Society was formed

CE 3.1.1 In this description I am unfolding my role as a technical recruiter focusing on the
recruitment of Electrical engineers for various core engineeringcompanies on behalf of B3.
CE 3.2 Background
CE 3.2.1 B3 is located in Kolkata , West Bengal is a growing manpower consultancy which provides
recruitment solution to various industries in India and overseas. The company provides various

And after few selections telephonic interviews would be conducted, of which the pre technical
round would be conducted by the recruiters and short listed by them. The final technical interview
was taken by another set of technical questions the current position.
CE 3.2.5 The resumes of the selected candidates would be forwarded in the next step .If the
candidates qualifies from the technical round then their resume would be sent to the client for the
selection and so on. It may seem that the need for technical recruiter to have current update in the
engineering domain; however, tertiary knowledge in technical interviewer is as important as the
interviewee. Thus while working for B3, recruiters had to attend technical seminar s, training and
workshops to keep ourselves updated on the latest technical innovations.
CE 3.2.6 Most of the national and overseas clients, hiring graduate engineers were the primary
aspect especially the candidates having adequate knowledge in power sector. As most of the clients
were Middle East based, the need for electrical engineers was the core requirements.

felt oppressed by her father for thirty years. Confessional poetry focuses on the inner
expressions of conflict and emotion through the use of detail in the poet s life. Plath was nine
when her father passed away and she was too young to get to know her father. Her father passed
away because of a wound he received on his toe and since he was diabetic the wound eventually
got infected and killed him. The young daughter prays for her father in the hopes of getting him
back, however when he passes away she feels angered that her daddyis gone. Plath expresses a
daughter s anger against her dominating father by identifying him with Nazi s, the devil, and

Plath portrays herself as the victim and her father as the perpetrator. Plath uses imagery and an
allusion to reference her father as a Nazi. Her father has a neat mustache which is a reference to
Hitler s mustache. Plath s father had the bright blue Aryan eyes (Plath, 41) which referred to the
perfect breed that Hitler created. The daughter victimizes herself as a Jew and her father as a
Nazi since she feared to even talk to him just like the Jews feared the Nazi s. She perceived her
father as extremely controlling and even considers him a panzer man which is a German soldier
who was regarded as a killing machine. Comparing her father as a Nazi is a symbolic
relationship between and oppressor and someone who is oppressed. Plath reference s herself as
talking like a Jew which widens the barriers that separate her father from her because they now
speak different languages and lack communication. She is angered that she wasn t able to have a
decent conversation with her father before he passed
