Creativity and creative process figure prominently in the theories of both Freud and Jung. Freud

Martin discusses the uses of the hermeneutics of suspicion for his second step in his approach. He
believes it is important to remain suspicious of the cultural element being examined and presume it
is false. Geertz, in the second part of his definition, states that a system of symbols acts to establish
powerful, pervasive and long lasting moods and motivations in men (Geertz, 1993). This statement
is in agreeance with the suspicious mindset provided by Martin, as Geertz also does not confirm

The law is worldwide; it affects almost every aspect of our everyday lives and also has an impact
on every individual. There are many types of laws such as laws that deal with crimes and laws
that govern activities within the community; there are also specific laws in certain portions of
the legal system. Laws are made in order to give us rules of conduct that protect everyone s
individual rights (Canada Department of Justice). How law is dealt with is seen to vary
throughout different countries for the reason that each country contains different laws that are
based to fit their culture and customs. However, when law is dealt with, regardless of the area it
is enforced in; if the crime of the accused is serious enough it will go through a trial system
which is also seen to vary depending on the country. A trial system is the process of examining a
case in the court of law and deciding if an individual is innocent or guilty of what they are being

the reason that everyone is entitled to the right of a fair trial procedure which allows the

We left but first we saw EVERY exhibit there!!
The next day was pretty much the same,woke up,took a shower,and ate breakfast at the hotel. This
time around we went so Seaworld! When we first got there it was completely empty like barely
anyone there, except workers of course. We bought our tickets and went on. The first thing my
family and I did was go watch the Seal show. It was actually really funny, we sat in the Splash
Zone and the seals splashed so much water all over us and it got all of our stuff wet. Next, my
brother and I went to the humongous thrill rides, my favorite ride was the Manta . When we got
on I was excited, I could hear the wheels squeaking and then we took off I could feel the wind in
my face my hair was waving everywhere and I was having so much fun on the Manta. When we
got off I rushed back to line with my brother and said We re going on this again, I don t care what
you say! And he agreed. It was the same experience, fun,fast,chills,and much more. Later that day
we met up to watch the dolphin show with my family. We were waiting then all of a sudden we
saw a bottlenose dolphin shoot out of the water and I was amazed. I couldn t believe what all of
these dolphins could do! I was still shocked what these Dolphins could do. When we left I took a
picture with the magnificent Dolphins of the show. Sea world was on of the best and most amazing
experiences of my trip to California.
