Albert Einstein Most people know who Albert Einstein is and how great of a
physicist he was, yet many aren t aware that Albert Einstein had not even finished
high school! Most would think that a person who doesn t complete high school is
dumb, and lazy. The fact is, Einstein did not complete high school, not because he
was dumb or lazy. At the age of 15, he quit high school because he did not agree
with the way the teachers taught. He thought that the teacher s weren t teaching in
a way that didn t allow students to freely question or use their creative imagination.
Einstein once said Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one. By this
he shows that he isn t for seeing things the way they seem, and he tends to think
deeper into things. He shows that he keeps his mind open, open to learn new things
that can t be noticed by a simple glance. Many would also think that one who drops
out of high school may not go anywhere in life. Einstein won a Nobel Prize in Physics
, a Gold Medal of The Royal Astronomical Society, and many other awards. Even if
Einstein never even finished high school, his creation of the equation E = mc2,
theory of relativity, and theory of light led the way to him becoming known as the

Every which way they turned someone was dropping out and couldn t handle their
position no longer. The Temptationshad a totally of 21 members who were once
apart of the band. The first five members were Melvin Franklin, Otis Williams,
Paul Williams, Eddie Kendricks, and Elbridge Bryant. After some struggle with
the first two singles, Bryant was the first to leave. Bryant after not contributing his
full abilities to the band from his slacking off was finally fired right after a
Motown Christmas party in 1966. Right after Bryant left, David Ruffin came
aboard. His skills were seen right at the beginning, and with him the Temptations
became known as the classic 5, producing some of their best work. Although Ruffin
seemed to be exactly what the group needed, their high likings soon disappeared.
Ruffin became way too self centered and along with his drug addictions, and
missing of not only rehearsals but concerts as well, Ruffin was then fired.
Replacing him, Dennis Edwards originally from the Contours joined the crew, and
became the new lead singer. Entering new and different styles of their music, things
were going fine, until Paul s alcohol addictions started to become a big problem. As
his breathes became shorter Richard Street, from the Monitors, filled in for him on

2016). According to Semansky (2016), Dr. Bernard, who serves as the university s
special advisor, diversity and inclusiveness, [is] the first African Nova Scotian
woman to serve in the Senate Chamber (para. 2). In response to the news, Bernard
has stated that equity for all is [her] primary goal in life. To be able to enter the
Senate with that perspective and contribute to the country is an incredible privilege,

In this section, I will briefly discuss the effects of Trudeau s Senate reforms and argue
that reform is better than abolishment. Trudeau s three phased Senate reforms give
minority group leaders an opportunity to represent their communities. The reforms
attempt to shift the focus from gaining support for the Liberal party, to a collection of
different and diverse minds within the Senate. The first phase of the reforms focused
on the [removal of] all senators from the national Liberal caucus , which inherently
suggested that senators [no longer] have formal or organic ties with the Liberal
caucus, nor do they have any organizational, financial or other formal responsibilities
within the Liberal Party (Dion, 2015, para. 5). Going from there, the [creation of] a
new, nonpartisan, merit based, broad and diverse process to advise the prime minister
on Senate appointments was the second item on the agenda (Dion, 2015, para. 6).
Finally, the third phase targeted the inclusion of marginalized groups, such as women
and minorities, in the Senate (Dion, 2015). Therefore, Trudeau s appointments are
changing the direction of the Senate to include historically oppressed minorities and
their representatives. That being stated, one particular argument that has been raised
in opposition to Senate reforms is that the upper house is no longer relevant and
