2. SUMMARY
• Required-
• 1.THERE IS A NEEDS OF SUCH AS OUR 100%(present 72%)
child SHOULD reach to school.60% (present 15%)should reach
to 10+2 level .It will help to understand the population.
• 2.There is need of health centre at access level to make
awareness.

3. SOLUTION
• We need one 10+2 school with skill development with 20/10 bed hospital at
every village level and in town for every 5000population.It will aware people
for population control at individual level.(Compulsory requirement of Ist
SMART VILLAGE, 2nd SMART TOWN & 3rd SMART CITY)
• Compulsory RULE is required such as Burka or parda path has to abolish. It will
free the women to reach school or hospital for learning.
• Compulsory rule is required to WE ARE TWO WE HAVE TWO हम दो हमारे दो। If
any family getting 3rd issue ,that family has to immediately donate the IST
issue to GOVT (MILITARY DEPARTMENT).MILITARY DEPARTMENT has to
develop few more residential school in various region. Name should be
changed, child should be kept in different region unknown to the parents.
THERE Parent name should be BHARAT MATA.
(THIS WILL HELP IN BOTH WAY)

• One of the gravest development issues most developing countries
in the world are facing is population.
• As per United Nations population statistics, the world population
grew by 30% between 1990 and 2010 which is an alarmingly high
rate. Excessive population has various adverse effects including
undue pressure on natural resources. More people mean more
consumption which in turn means more exploitation of fixed and
exhaustible resources. Also population is not a universal challenge.
• It is specific to nations whose economies have yet not achieved full
potential and development. Along with China and India, the African
and some Latin countries also see an extremely high population
growth rate. Rather China, which is the most populated nation, has
achieved a very appreciative control over their growth of
population though their ways are highly autocratic and cannot be
replicated in other countries.
