1. LAND BILL-2015 ISSUE AND SOLUTION.
• Issue-
• 1. This bill should be pro for farmer(small business) ,Landless people.
• 2. Practical from natural point of view to resume the opportunity of mass.
• 3. Bill must describing-Agriculture means major and essential development.
• 4. Per capita income taken in calculation for farmer( Rural household) should be
income of local MLA. Comparison should not be such as Farmer should be treated
as peon.
• 5. Agriculture is a backbone of any country and farmer is the real God who is giving
food, pure air ,pure water and pure environment.
• 6.Definition is needs to change. (Land bill such as more people should take interest
in agriculture.)
• 7.Economy should not be compared with France and America is a foolishly idea.
there economy based on individual(100% unsafe economy) while Indian economy
based on family system and non comparable.
• 8.Economy of any country is called rich where people getting pure air, pure water,
pure food ,safely useful work , safe health, safe living and it is only depends on
agriculture.
• 9. Land must be defined a. Fertile land b.Fertile land but not in use. c.Non fertile
land d. High land non fertile e. Hill f. Forest land

2. Solution and required to include in Bill
• It is required to define the land and acquisition should be based on type of
land. Such as
• A. Agriculture land(all fertile land)-Not required to acquire except Indian
safety or compulsory issue such as Highway construction, railway,
hydropower which may useful for agriculture and farmer. It not to be
given private party for any use.
• B. Non agriculture land(Non fertile land) /high land and hill without forest
and Forest land without tree and must non irrigatinable should be
acquired by GOVT and it may utilize for such as
• a. Free Plot of (2000sqft) should be given to each family who does not
have land for house in that area based on registration in collect orate and
adhar card).It will help to saturate the Jhuggi and Jhopri.
• c. School, Medical facility,park,Market,industry(agriculture based (on
priority) and other small & heavy industry. should be planned.

3. Solutions
• c. In India Present all Infrastructure development is not a green behavioral
means it is dangerous for air, water and environment.
• d. In place of developing the infrastructure by private entity, similar Green
house design should be given to each family to construct the house. It
may be constructed by family or by builders organized by GOVT based on
Govt programmed.
• e. Any case if any farmer is becoming landless is a crime, because a farmer can not
become peon. He must be compensated by minimum of 5 acres land with house
and all other facility in area where people is not developed in any part of
country.Ex.Suppose in hydropower project 1000 family given the land out of which
100 family became land less ,100 family was with land less than 3 acre. In this case
the family have less than 3 acre land should be given alternate either hand over all
land to govt and take 5 acre land with house and all facility at different place with
100 family who is landless. Or take the benefit of one person in Govt job and other
componsastions.Means 200 family should rehabitate to area where plenty of land
is available and that area may be developed.
• f. Agriculture is a biggest business, It is required to strengthen to facilate with
other means such that more family may do this business in focused manner.

• OUR SUGGESTION IS EXCELLENT AND NEEDS TO BE INCORPORATE IN BILL.
