PGP Corporation implemented the Cast Iron integration appliance to connect its Oracle-based order management system (POMS) to the RightNow customer relationship management (CRM) system. This allowed order and support data to be synchronized in real-time without custom coding. The entire integration project was completed within 10 days using Cast Iron's configuration-based approach. PGP then expanded its use of Cast Iron as an integration platform across other systems. This simplified integration management and increased return on investment by facilitating data sharing.
