OBJECTIVE : Looking for a position in a company where I can be part of a SCCM team Installing,
administering, maintaining and troubleshooting your SCCM Infrastructure, deploying Image, patches and
packages. Or a position where I can use my customer interaction skills and troubleshooting abilities to maintain
a high level of customer satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE
07/2016 – Current
Apex Systems contractor at United Airlines
Level 3 Technical Support to World Wide airport locations, corporate offices and some travel agencies.
Responsible for resolving issues escalated by Level 2 on site technicians. Troubleshoot and repair issues with
Imaging machines via Pixie and boot media, software deployment via SCCM 2007 and 2012. Also resolve
issues with Zebra printers and Okidata printers used for bag tags, boarding passes and messages. Used various
tools such as APS (Airline Print Solutions) , Attachmate for as400 and Ibm mainframe sessions and Infoblocks
to reserve ipaddresses, create and edit hostnames for dhcp and dns.
3/2016 – 6/2016
WiPro contractor at Abbott Labs
Developing and deploying Windows 7 images to end user Desktops using custom deployment method called
CAGI, including quarterly updates to the image and post installation of programs.
4/2015 – 3/2016
Insight Global Contract at Abbvie Pharmaceuticals - Software test and Image Engineer
EUC end user computing. Software test and Image Engineer. Primary duties include level 2 and level 3
troubleshootin and customer support. Testing and setting up software in SIS (software installation system) and
SMP (Symantec Management Platform). Recently finished updating global image and deployment system for
approximately 35,000 users world wide. Currently involved testing and determining what scripts need to be
changed/updated to work with Windows 10. Currently developing new Windows 10 image for deployment.
7/2012-3/2015 Atos Corporation. - SCCM Administrator
Responsibilities included SCCM Administrator. Primary duties are developing and deploying Windows 7
images to end user Desktops, including quarterly updates to the image, creating and deploying Critical and
Security patches to desktop and laptops, developing and deploying software packages to end users using SCCM
2007 and SCCM 2012. Creating documentation for new and existing processes. Perform Monthly maintenance
to SCCM collection and clients. Assist in deploying and configuring new SCCM child servers. Updated end
user environment to Office 2010, IE10, W7 SP1, Office 2010 SP2, including developing deployment strategies,
methods and testing before deployment.
7/2008-7/2012 RustOleum Corporation – Client Services
Responsibilities included end to end desk top support. Fix and perform root cause analysis on daily issues with
end user computers. Maintained Overhead projector inventory, set up and repaired projectors as required for
end users. Responsible for setting up video conferencing for executive meetings. Manage lease swap
equipment, coordinate ordering and replacement of end users desktop and laptop equipment. Evaluate and
recommend replacement models. Designed, built and implemented Imaging solution (MDT) and SCCM
2007for lease swap. Travelled as needed to remote sites, Canada, West Virginia, and Wisconsin to implement
new equipment. Assisted with back-up solution, changing and rotating tapes on and off site. Implemented
companywide upgrade from Office XP to Office 2007, including packaging Office 2007 for deployment,
implemented site by site deployment coordinated with scheduled training by 3rd party vendor for end user
community. Also assisted with new server builds as needed.
10/2005 – 03/2008 ValComm Executive Support at WWGrainger Corporate Headquarters
Started doing basic desktop support of 2500 users, repairing desktop software and hardware issues. Working on
Compaq/HP desktops and laptops, and a wide variety of PDA’s including Mobile 2003 to mobile 5 devices.
Promoted after 3 months to Executive support, Working exclusively with 134 Executives and their Admins.
Later assigned specifically to the executive suite to take responsibility for the Sr. executive level staff.
Responsible for setting and implementing the upgrade of all executive level personnel from W2K to WXP. Also
responsible for tracking and reporting of exec support service calls to ValComm and Grainger SR staff.
Responsible for maintaining an inventory of replacement and upgrade equipment. Responsible for setting up
and maintaining Overhead projectors as needed. While at Grainger I obtained certifications on Windows Mobile
5 and 6 devices, and was directly responsible for setting up users and devices on Intellisync GMS Mobile
server.
02/2005 – 07/2005 TEK Systems McGaw Park Contractor at Cardinal Health - Computer Repair Technician
Diagnose, repair and replace parts on various Dell and Compaq laptop and desktop machines. Received
equipment on a daily basis from Pharmacy locations across the United States, repair, reimage and Fed Ex the
equipment back to the Pharmacy. Work special roll out assignment of Laptops to new users and departments
within Cardinal Health.
03/2004 – 02/2005 Hallmark I.T. Arlington Heights Contractor at Motorola. - Computer Repair Technician
Responsibilities included but not limited to: Break fix team. Diagnose, repair and replace parts on various Dell
laptop and desktop machines including Cpi, Cpx, Gxi, C400/500, C600, D600 and many others. Within the first
month was promoted to desk side support where my responsibilities include software troubleshooting and repair
of MS office suite of products including Outlook and Visio. Re imaging of old machines, installation of new
machines, installation and repair of wireless connections and VPN. We currently use remedy call tracking for
service requests and net meeting for remote repairs of user’s machines.
07/2003 – 09/2003 Sears Hardware Wauconda Illinois Assistant Store Manager
Responsibilities included scheduling employees work hours, evaluating employee performance, resolving
employee issues and making sure store was in compliance with operating procedures established from Head
Quarters. Cleaned stockroom and store for inventory preparation.
11/1999 – 10/2002 Zurich Life USA Long Grove / Schaumburg Illinois - LAN Ops Technician
LAN Ops Technician Take incoming service calls from outside agents and internal employees to assist them
with various software and hardware related issues. Provide support for a multi platform environment of Novell
4.11, Windows 95, 98 and NT4.0. Resolved problems from installation of software to configuration of computer
and Internet connection. Responsible for resolution and follow up of calls. Also responsible for setting up
mainframe RACF access and security for new users, and assist some desktop users resolve configuration and
access problems. Provide some level 2-desk side assistance to internal users. Completed my MCSE and
attended CCNA training and assisted in supporting Cisco 1900 and 2500 series routers and switches. Promoted
to Lan Ops technician where Responsibilities include but are not limited to, setting up new user accounts in a
multi platform environment of Windows 98, N.T., Windows 2000, XP and Novell. Deleting old user accounts,
Mapping network drives and connections based on groups and or Individuals rights. Responsible for supporting
remote users via VPN, PC Anywhere, and Cisco RAS connections. Also responsible for tape backup of 200+
servers and the SAN using CA arc serve and back-up exec Software including setting up back up jobs, ordering
tapes to and from off site storage and recovering files from tapes. Also involved setting up maintaining and
optimizing new servers using Windows 2000 and Compaq start up tools. Heavily involved pre-staging and
moving 100+ servers and over 1200 desktop P.C.s to new Company location.
2/1998 - 7/1999 Dynapace Corporation Arlington Hts. Ill - Technical Instructor.
Responsible for training technicians on the maintenance and repair of conveyor systems. Duties included course
design, developing the course materials, and selecting proper training methods. Also developed a new course on
software training, including PLC, control panel and motor controller. Software course included communication
protocol, basic programming functions and troubleshooting programs.
6/1996 - 12/1998 Siemens Corporation Elk Grove Village Ill - Technical Instructor.
Responsible for training customers and technicians on the maintenance and repair of surface mount equipment.
Duties also included the selection of proper training methods and development of course materials including
lesson plans and Instructors guides.
11/1994 - 6/1996 Fuji America Corporation. Vernon Hills Ill - Technical Instructor
Responsible for training customers and technicians on the maintenance and repair of surface mount equipment.

President of Westminster. Was promoted to Copier Service Supervisor where my responsibilities included
Hiring Technicians and evaluating performance, writing job descriptions, maintaining parts, supplies and
warranty information. Was responsible for a team of 5 Technicians. Reported directly to the two owners of the
company.

EXPERIENCE 07/2016 – Current Apex Systems contractor at United Airlines Level 3 Technical Support to World Wide airport locations, corporate offices and some travel agencies. Responsible for resolving issues escalated by Level 2 on site technicians. Troubleshoot and repair issues with Imaging machines via Pixie and boot media, software deployment via SCCM 2007 and 2012. Also resolve issues with Zebra printers and Okidata printers used for bag tags, boarding passes and messages. Used various tools such as APS (Airline Print Solutions) , Attachmate for as400 and Ibm mainframe sessions and Infoblocks to reserve ipaddresses, create and edit hostnames for dhcp and dns. 3/2016 – 6/2016 WiPro contractor at Abbott Labs Developing and deploying Windows 7 images to end user Desktops using custom deployment method called CAGI, including quarterly updates to the image and post installation of programs. 4/2015 – 3/2016 Insight Global Contract at Abbvie Pharmaceuticals - Software test and Image Engineer EUC end user computing. Software test and Image Engineer. Primary duties include level 2 and level 3 troubleshootin and customer support. Testing and setting up software in SIS (software installation system) and SMP (Symantec Management Platform). Recently finished updating global image and deployment system for approximately 35,000 users world wide. Currently involved testing and determining what scripts need to be changed/updated to work with Windows 10. Currently developing new Windows 10 image for deployment. 7/2012-3/2015 Atos Corporation. - SCCM Administrator Responsibilities included SCCM Administrator. Primary duties are developing and deploying Windows 7 images to end user Desktops, including quarterly updates to the image, creating and deploying Critical and Security patches to desktop and laptops, developing and deploying software packages to end users using SCCM 2007 and SCCM 2012. Creating documentation for new and existing processes. Perform Monthly maintenance to SCCM collection and clients. Assist in deploying and configuring new SCCM child servers. Updated end user environment to Office 2010, IE10, W7 SP1, Office 2010 SP2, including developing deployment strategies, methods and testing before deployment.
  • 2. 7/2008-7/2012 RustOleum Corporation – Client Services Responsibilities included end to end desk top support. Fix and perform root cause analysis on daily issues with end user computers. Maintained Overhead projector inventory, set up and repaired projectors as required for end users. Responsible for setting up video conferencing for executive meetings. Manage lease swap equipment, coordinate ordering and replacement of end users desktop and laptop equipment. Evaluate and recommend replacement models. Designed, built and implemented Imaging solution (MDT) and SCCM 2007for lease swap. Travelled as needed to remote sites, Canada, West Virginia, and Wisconsin to implement new equipment. Assisted with back-up solution, changing and rotating tapes on and off site. Implemented companywide upgrade from Office XP to Office 2007, including packaging Office 2007 for deployment, implemented site by site deployment coordinated with scheduled training by 3rd party vendor for end user community. Also assisted with new server builds as needed. 10/2005 – 03/2008 ValComm Executive Support at WWGrainger Corporate Headquarters Started doing basic desktop support of 2500 users, repairing desktop software and hardware issues. Working on Compaq/HP desktops and laptops, and a wide variety of PDA’s including Mobile 2003 to mobile 5 devices. Promoted after 3 months to Executive support, Working exclusively with 134 Executives and their Admins. Later assigned specifically to the executive suite to take responsibility for the Sr. executive level staff. Responsible for setting and implementing the upgrade of all executive level personnel from W2K to WXP. Also responsible for tracking and reporting of exec support service calls to ValComm and Grainger SR staff. Responsible for maintaining an inventory of replacement and upgrade equipment. Responsible for setting up and maintaining Overhead projectors as needed. While at Grainger I obtained certifications on Windows Mobile 5 and 6 devices, and was directly responsible for setting up users and devices on Intellisync GMS Mobile server. 02/2005 – 07/2005 TEK Systems McGaw Park Contractor at Cardinal Health - Computer Repair Technician Diagnose, repair and replace parts on various Dell and Compaq laptop and desktop machines. Received equipment on a daily basis from Pharmacy locations across the United States, repair, reimage and Fed Ex the equipment back to the Pharmacy. Work special roll out assignment of Laptops to new users and departments within Cardinal Health. 03/2004 – 02/2005 Hallmark I.T. Arlington Heights Contractor at Motorola. - Computer Repair Technician Responsibilities included but not limited to: Break fix team. Diagnose, repair and replace parts on various Dell laptop and desktop machines including Cpi, Cpx, Gxi, C400/500, C600, D600 and many others. Within the first month was promoted to desk side support where my responsibilities include software troubleshooting and repair of MS office suite of products including Outlook and Visio. Re imaging of old machines, installation of new machines, installation and repair of wireless connections and VPN. We currently use remedy call tracking for service requests and net meeting for remote repairs of user’s machines. 07/2003 – 09/2003 Sears Hardware Wauconda Illinois Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities included scheduling employees work hours, evaluating employee performance, resolving employee issues and making sure store was in compliance with operating procedures established from Head Quarters.
