of 8 Project Managers, SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) and sub-contractors to establish trained
certified Deskside Technicians for over 300 locations in 40 countries worldwide. Project included
repackaging 200 software applications, creating a new golden image, implementing new software
distribution tool (TPMX). Project deliverables met using Rational Project Manager (RPM), MS
Project, Sunrise Business Controls, and Share Point.
