Continue to expand on my sales experience as a specially-trained leasing agent for new student
housing apartments. Gained valuable marketing experience by running multiple marketing
campaigns across campus to attract students to The Foundry livingexperience.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car- Senior Customer Assistant Representative Summer 2014-Present
Achieved elite sales status during duration of summer employment at the Des Moines
International Airport. Provide service to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Upgraded
customer contracts through a comprehensive sales approach. Responsible for independently
opening and closing counters. Utilize software for three brands under the Enterprise umbrella.
Second summer included more of an assistant manager experience. More time spent on the back
end successfully handling customer issues, company policies, supervising less experienced
representatives with customer problems and helping other employees learn computer software.
Outing Club- Server Summer 2013-Spring 2014
Provided exceptional service to private club members. Further developed communication and
people skills. Met individualized customer needs in a variety of settings while working a wide
range of events from casual to formal. Acquired a vast amount of sales experience in a fast paced,
high-pressure industry. Became a dependable employee, which resulted in greater responsibility
with longer hours. For example, being asked to handle and provide a wedding party the service
they need rather than handle smaller responsibilities during the wedding reception event. Also,
being asked to serve more demanding members who expect exceptional service.
ACTIVITIES: Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity Member Spring 2013-Present
Fraternity member of a Professional Business Fraternity at Iowa State. Meet on a weekly basis in
a professional manner, where we discuss how we can develop ways to further our personal
advancement, but also the advancement of the community. Provide multiple community service
events every semester in the community and at Iowa State. Also, provide professional, social,
and fundraising events for the business college. Currently VP of Corporate Sponsorship
Committee.
VOLUNTEER: Young Variety of Iowa-Membership Subcommittee Member Summer 2015- Present
Opening a pipeline of ISU students to help or join YV in the Des Moines/Ames area. Director of a
spring event on campus to help raise $2500 for the underprivileged, at risk, and special needs
children that Young Variety caters to.
Sports Mission trip to Dominican Republic July 2009
Traveled to the Dominican to bring clothes, food, and other supplies to the underserved as part
of a sports mission trip. Visited villages, played with children, and also visited different
orphanages. Played organized basketball games against local teens while spreading my faith
testimony. Gained insight and maturity through this life-changing experience.
