CREATE NEW DATABASE  Click on the  Start  button. Point cursor at  All Programs  in the  Start  menu. A menu with a list of application software is displayed. Move cursor to  Microsoft Office  and click on it. Click on the  Microsoft Access 2003  in the list of programs.
DATABASE OBJECTS   Commonly used are: Tables. Queries. Forms. Reports. For creating advance databases are: Pages. Macros. Modules. Groups.
CREATE A NEW DATABASE Click on  File  button. Click on  New  button. Select  Blank Database  on the  New File  Task pane (or press  CTRL-N ). New  Database window  is displayed. Enter a custom name for the new database. Click on  Create  to open the database.
CREATING TABLES IN DESIGN VIEW   Click on  Tables  in  Database Window . Double-click on  Create table in Design view
CREATING QUERY IN DESIGN VIEW   Click on  Queries  in  Database Window . Double-click on  Create query in Design view . The  Select Query Window  and the  Show Table  dialog displays.
CREATING A FORM IN DESIGN VIEW   Click on  Forms. Click on  New  button New Form allows you to choose whether you want to create your form  in Design view, Form Wizard, AutoForm, Chart Wizard  or  Pivot Table Wizard.
CREATING REPORT IN DESIGN VIEW Click on  Reports  in the  Database Window . Click on  New .  The  New Report  dialog box will appear.
CREATING TABLE BY USING WIZARD   Click on  Tables  in the  Database Window . Double click on  Create table by using wizard. Choose  Business  or  Personal  for the type of table to create. Choose a table from these sample tables. Choose the fields for your table.
CREATING A QUERIES BY USING WIZARD Click on  Queries  in  Database Window . Double click on  Create query by using wizard. The  Simple Query Wizard  dialog is displayed. Choose a table. Choose the available fields to construct your query.
CREATE FORM BY USING WIZARD   Click on  Forms . Double click on  Create form by using wizard . Choose tables/queries for creating the form. Choose the fields for the form.
CREATE REPORT BY USING WIZARD   Click on  Reports . Double click on  Create report by using wizard , and then  Report Wizard  will appear.
EXIT MICROSOFT ACCESS   Click on  File . Click in  Exit  to exit Access.
