DIGITAL LESSON PLAN
• A lesson plan is a teacher’s
detailed description of the course
of instruction for one class.
• A digital lesson plan is a set of
instructions for carrying out
digital lessons and learning
activities
• It is the teacher’s road map of
what students need to learn and
how it will be done effectively
during the class time.
DEFINITION
According to Bining and Bining, "Daily lesson planning involves
defining the objectives, selecting and arranging the subject matter,
and determining the method and procedures."

IDENTIFYING LEARNING OBJECTIVES
 Before planning a lesson, It is essential to classify or identify learning objectives.
 It describes what the learners should be able to achieve at the end of the learning
period.
 Learning objectives should be specific and measurable.
 They are classified into two groups –
 General objectives
 Specific objectives
i. Cognitive domain
ii. Affective domain
iii. Psychomotor domain

• Multimedia refers to a combination of different
media such as audio, video and text.
• It can be used to create interactive learning
activities.
• Some ways to use multimedia to make classroom
interaction more effective are –

2. Showing images
3. Using video clips
4. Creating interactive learning activities such as
online quiz.
PLANNING FOR ACCESSIBILTY
• It refers to the practice of making the content accessible to a large number
of people.
• A teacher can make her lesson plan accessible to the learners by uploading
it on different online platforms or sites.
• It also allows flexibility.
TESTING AND REVISING
The students provide feedback on whether the links, videos, e-books, and
other multimedia tools used in a lesson are functioning correctly.

4. To develop problem solving skills in students.
5. To train students in scientific method.
Specific Objectives – Students will be able to –
Cognitive domain – 1. Describe the process of photosynthesis.
2. Learn how photosynthesis takes place.
Affective domain – 1. Appreciate the importance of leaves for photosynthesis.
Psychomotor domain – 1. Draw the well labelled diagram of photosynthesis.
2. Write the balanced equation of photosynthesis.
Teaching tools – YouTube videos, quiz, e-book, texts from websites.
Previous knowledge – Students have already studied about -
1. The concept of nutrition.
2. the modes of nutrition i.e. autotrophic and heterotrophic mode of nutrition.

DIGITAL LESSON PLAN • A lesson plan is a teacher’s detailed description of the course of instruction for one class. • A digital lesson plan is a set of instructions for carrying out digital lessons and learning activities • It is the teacher’s road map of what students need to learn and how it will be done effectively during the class time.
  • 5. DEFINITION According to Bining and Bining, "Daily lesson planning involves defining the objectives, selecting and arranging the subject matter, and determining the method and procedures."

IDENTIFYING LEARNING OBJECTIVES  Before planning a lesson, It is essential to classify or identify learning objectives.  It describes what the learners should be able to achieve at the end of the learning period.  Learning objectives should be specific and measurable.  They are classified into two groups –  General objectives  Specific objectives i. Cognitive domain ii. Affective domain iii. Psychomotor domain

INCORPORATING MULTIMEDIA TOOLS • Multimedia refers to a combination of different media such as audio, video and text. • It can be used to create interactive learning activities. • Some ways to use multimedia to make classroom interaction more effective are – 1. Using audio files 2. Showing images 3. Using video clips 4. Creating interactive learning activities such as online quiz.
  • 11. PLANNING FOR ACCESSIBILTY • It refers to the practice of making the content accessible to a large number of people. • A teacher can make her lesson plan accessible to the learners by uploading it on different online platforms or sites. • It also allows flexibility.
