This document discusses the design of ARQ and hybrid ARQ protocols for wireless channels using BCH codes. It begins with an introduction to ARQ and FEC schemes for error control. A hybrid ARQ scheme is proposed that combines FEC and ARQ to improve throughput efficiency and reliability over using ARQ alone. Specifically, a type-1 hybrid ARQ protocol is designed using a (1023,923) BCH code that can correct up to 5 errors. Simulation results show that the hybrid ARQ scheme provides higher throughput than basic ARQ schemes, especially at lower SNR values, by correcting some error patterns without retransmission. In conclusion, hybrid ARQ is found to perform better than either ARQ or FEC alone by taking advantage of the strengths of both.
Performance Evaluation of DV-HOP and Amorphous Algorithms based on Localizati...TELKOMNIKA JOURNAL
In the field of high-risk observation, the nodes in Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) are distributed
randomly. The result from sensing becomes meaningless if it is not known from where the originating node
is. Therefore, a sensor node positioning scheme, known as the localization scheme, is required. The
localization scheme consists of distance estimation and position computing. Thus, this research used
connectivity as distance estimation within range free algorithm DV-Hop and Amorphous, and then trilateral
algorithm for computing the position. Besides that, distance estimation using the connectivity between
nodes is not needed for the additional hardware ranging as required by a range-based localization
scheme. In this research compared the localization algorithm based on range free localization, which are
DV-Hop algorithm and Amorphous algorithm. The simulation result shows that the amorphous alg orithm
have achieved 13.60% and 24.538% lower than dv-hop algorithm for each parameter error localization and
energy consumption. On node density variations, dv-hop algorithm gained a localization error that is
26.95% lower than amorphous algorithm, but for energy consumption parameter, amorphous gained
14.227% lower than dv-hop algorithm. In the communication range variation scenario, dv-hop algorithm
gained a localization error that is50.282% lower than amorphous. However, for energy consumption
parameter, amorphous algorithm gained 12.35%. lower than dv-hop algorithm.

Performance Analysis of DRA Based OFDM Data Transmission With Respect to Nove...IJERA Editor
In this paper, we have analyzed the performance characteristics of OFDM data transmission with regard to a new high speed RS decoding algorithm. The various characteristics identified are mainly speed and accuracy of the transmission irrespective of channel behaviour. We consider two cases viz. data transmission without error control and data transmission with error control. Each of these cases are duly analyzed and it is proven that high speed RS decoding algorithms can actually benefit OFDM data transmission for advanced communication systems only if implemented at the hardware (VLSI) level because of significant processing overhead involved in software based implementation even though the algorithm may have lower computational complexity.
Selective watchdog technique for intrusion detection in mobile ad hoc networkgraphhoc
Mobile ad-hoc networks(MANET) is the collection of mobile nodes which are self organizing and are
connected by wireless links where nodes which are not in the direct range communicate with each other
relying on the intermediate nodes. As a result of trusting other nodes in the route, a malicious node can
easily compromise the security of the network. A black-hole node is the malicious node which drops the
entire packet coming to it and always shows the fresh route to the destination, even if the route to
destination doesn't exist. This paper describes a scheme that will detect the intrusion in the network in the
presence of black-hole node and its performance is compared with the previous technique. This novel
technique helps to increase the network performance by reducing the overhead in the network
Survey on Error Control Coding TechniquesIJTET Journal
Abstract - Error Control Coding techniques used to ensure that the information received is correct and has not been corrupted, owing to the environmental defects and noises occurring during transmission or the data read operation from Memory. Environmental interference and physical effects defects in the communication medium can cause random bit errors during data transmission. While, data corruption means that the detection and correction of bytes by applying modern coding techniques. Error control coding divided into automatic repeat request (ARQ) and forward error correction (FEC).First of all, In ARQ, when the receiver detects an error in the receiver; it requests back the sender to retransmit the data. Second, FEC deals with system of adding redundant data in a message and also it can be recovered by a receiver even when a number of errors were introduce either during the process of data transmission, or on the storage. Therefore, error detection and correction of burst errors can be obtained by Reed-Solomon code. Moreover, the Low-Density Parity Check code furnishes outstanding performance that sparingly near to the Shannon limit.
AN ANALYSIS OF VARIOUS PARAMETERS IN WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKS USING ADAPTIVE ...ijasuc
In Wireless sensor network, since the media is wireless there will be burst errors which leads to
high bit error rate that affect the throughput. Wireless sensor networks drop the packets due to propagation
errors that lead to retransmission traffic. This paper evaluates the effect of adaptive FEC in Wireless
sensor networks. Adaptive FEC technique improves the throughput by dynamically tuning FEC depending
upon the wireless channel loss. The main aim is to achieve desire throughput with less energy
consumption. If the retransmission traffic decreases, that is error correction performed using adaptive FEC
which maximize the throughput. The other related parameters packet delivery ratio, packet loss, delay,
error rate are also being analyzed. The algorithm reduces the retransmission traffic by using Adaptive
FEC technique thus improving the throughput and reduces the error rate.
Modified DV-Hop Algorithm for Localization in Wireless Sensor Networksijeei-iaes
Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) help monitoring physical environments with improved accuracy. Localization has been a major challenge in such networks because without finding the location of the sensor that is informing sensed data, the informed data will not be useful. Localization algorithm is categorized as: anchor based approach and anchor free approach in which DV-Hop algorithm is anchor based approach. In this paper, we modify the DV-Hop algorithm; deprivation of DV-Hop algorithm is that this algorithm works badly in sparse topology, so we have done some improvements shown in this paper and compare the simulation results of both algorithms (DV-Hop and Modified DV-Hop algorithm). The result shows that accuracy of modified DV-Hop algorithm is better than DV-Hop algorithm and modified DV-Hop algorithm also works in sparse networks.
Study of the operational SNR while constructing polar codes IJECEIAES
Channel coding is commonly based on protecting information to be communicated across an unreliable medium, by adding patterns of redundancy into the transmission path. Also referred to as forward error control coding (FECC), the technique is widely used to enable correcting or at least detecting bit errors in digital communication systems. In this paper we study an original FECC known as polar coding which has proven to meet the typical use cases of the next generation mobile standard. This work is motivated by the suitability of polar codes for the new coming wireless era. Hence, we investigate the performance of polar codes in terms of bit error rate (BER) for several codeword lengths and code rates. We first perform a discrete search to find the best operational signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) at two different code rates, while varying the blocklength. We find in our extensive simulations that the BER becomes more sensitive to operational SNR (OSNR) as long as we increase the blocklength and code rate. Finally, we note that increasing blocklength achieves an SNR gain, while increasing code rate changes the OSNR domain. This trade-off sorted out must be taken into consideration while designing polar codes for high-throughput application.
MIMO System Performance Evaluation for High Data Rate Wireless Networks usin...IJMER
Space–time block coding is used for data communication in fading channels by multiple
transmit antennas. Message data is encoded by applying a space–time block code and after the encoding
the data is break into ‘n’ streams of simultaneously transmitted strings through n transmit antennas. The
received signal at the receiver end is the superposition of the n transmitted signals distorted due to noise
.For data recovery maximum likelihood decoding scheme is applied through decoupling of the signals
transmitted from different antennas instead of joint detection. The maximum likelihood decoding scheme
applies the orthogonal structure of the space–time block code (OSTBC) and gives a maximum-likelihood
decoding algorithm based on linear processing at the receiver. In this paper orthogonal space–time
block codes based model is developed using Matlab/Simulink to get the maximum diversity order for a
given number of transmit and receive antennas subject with a simple decoding algorithm.
The simulink block of orthogonal space coding block with space–time block codes is applied with and
without gray coding. The OSTBC codes gives the maximum possible transmission rate for any number of
transmit antennas using any arbitrary real constellation such of M-PSK array. For different complex
constellation of M- PSK space–time block codes are applied that achieve 1/2 and 3/4 of the maximum
possible transmission rate for MIMO transmit antennas using different complex constellations.
Multicasting Of Adaptively-Encoded MPEG4 Over Qos-Cognizant IP NetworksEditor IJMTER
we propose a novel architectural planning for multicasting of adaptively-encoded
layered MPEG4 over a QoS-aware IP network. We re-quire a QoS-aware IP network in this case to
(1) Support priority dropping of packets in time of congestion. (2) Provide congestion notification to
the multicast sender. For the first requirement, we use RED's extension for service differentiation. It
recognizes the priority of packets when they need to be dropped and drops lower priority packets
first. We couple RED with our proposal for the second requirement which is the adoption of
Backward Explicit Congestion Notification (BECN) for use with IP multicast. BECN will provide
early congestion notification at the IP layer level to the video sender. BECN detects upcoming
congestion based on size of the RED queue in the routers. The MPEG4 adaptive-encoder can change
the sending rate and also can divide the video packets into lower priority packets and high priority
packets. Based on BECN messages from the routers, a simple flow controller at the sender sets the
rate for the adaptive MPEG4 encoder and also sets the ratio between the high priority and low
priority packets within the video stream. We use a TES model for generating the MPEG4 traffic that
is based on real video traces. Simulation results show that combining priority dropping, MPEG4
adaptive encoding, and multicast BECN: (1) Improves bandwidth utilization (2) Reduces time to
react to congestion and hence improves the received video quality (3) Maintains graceful degradation
in quality with congestion and provides minimum quality even if congestion persists.

Performance Enhancement of MIMO-OFDM using Redundant Residue Number System IJECEIAES
Telecommunication industry requires high capacity networks with high data rates which are achieved through utilization of Multiple-Input-MultipleOutput (MIMO) communication along with Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) system. Still, the communication channel suffers from noise, interference or distortion due to hardware design limitations, and channel environment, and to combat these challenges, and achieve enhanced performance; various error control techniques are implemented to enable the receiver to detect any possible received errors and correct it and thus; for a certain transmitted signal power the system would have lower Bit Error Rate (BER). The provided research focuses on Redundant Residue Number System (RRNS) coding as a Forward Error Correction (FEC) scheme that improves the performance of MIMO-OFDM based wireless communications in comparison with current methods as Low-Density Parity Check (LDPC) coders at the transmitter side or equalizers at receiver side. The Bit Error Rate (BER) performance over the system was measured using MATLAB tool for different simulated channel conditions, including the effect of signal amplitude reduction and multipath delay spreading. Simulation results had shown that RRNS coding scheme provides an enhancement in system performance over conventional error detection and correction coding schemes by utilizing the distinct features of Residue Number System (RNS).
Error Rate Analysis of MIMO System Using V Blast Detection Technique in Fadin...IJERA Editor
Wireless communication system with multi- antenna arrays has been a field of intensive analysis on the last years. The appliance of multiple sending antennas and Receiving Antennas either side will considerably enhance the data rate and rate. The review of the performance limitations of MIMO system becomes vital since it will provide lot ideas in understanding and planning the important life MIMO systems. Vertical Bell Laboratories layered space Time (V-BLAST). The thought behind Multiple Input and Multiple Output system is that the signals on the transmitter antennas at one finish and also the receiver antennas at the opposite finish are correlative in such how that the performance (Bit Error Rate or BER) or the info rate (bits/sec) of the wireless communication system for every MIMO subscriber are improved. During this paper we tend to are proposing a technique that evaluates the performance of V-BLAST MIMO system in several thought of Rayleigh attenuation surroundings to urge higher performance of the system. In V- BLAST MIMO system a number of linear detection techniques will be used for interference cancellation. At this point we are using MMSE-IC for the same. Our expected system provide higher error rate performance with the used of matched filter at receiver aspect .The projected system compared within the presence of AWGN. Now matched filter applied on V- BLAST MIMO with MMSE-IC system in fading diversity surroundings.
Estimation of bit error rate in 2×2 and 4×4 multi-input multioutput-orthogon...IJECEIAES
Multiple-input, multiple-output orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (MIMO-OFDM) systems with multiple input antennas and multiple output antennas in dynamic environments face the challenge of channel estimation. To overcome this challenge and to improve the performance and signal-tonoise ratio, in this paper we used the Kalman filter for the correct estimation of the signal in dynamic environments. To obtain the original signal at the receiver end bit error rate factor plays a major role. If the signal to noise ratio is high and the bit error rate is low then signal strength is high, the signal received at the receiver end is almost similar to the i th transmitted signal. The dynamic tracking characteristic of Kalman filter is used to establish a dynamic space-time codeword and a collection of orthogonal pilot sequences to prevent interference among transmissions in this paper. Using the simulation, the Kalman filter method can be compared to the other channel estimation method presented in this paper that can track timevarying channels rapidly.

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF BARKER CODE BASED ON THEIR CORRELATION PROPERTY IN MU...ijistjournal
Spread-spectrum communication, with its inherent interference attenuation capability, has over the years become an increasingly popular technique for use in many different systems. They have very beneficial and tempting features, like Antijam, Security, and Multiple accesses. This thesis basically deals with the pseudo codes used in spread spectrum communication system. The cross-correlation and auto-correlation properties of the long Barker Code are analyzed. It has been seen that the length of the code, autocorrelation and cross-correlation properties can help us to determine the best suitable code for any particular communication environment. We have tried to find out the code with suitable auto-correlation properties along with low cross-correlation values. Barker code has good auto-correlation properties and we have found the pairs with the low cross- correlation so that they can be used in multi-user environment.

The Quality of the New Generator Sequence Improvent to Spread the Color Syste...TELKOMNIKA JOURNAL
This paper shows a new technic applicable for the digital devices that are the result of the finite’s
effect precision in the chaotic dynamics used in the coupled technic and the chaotic map’s perturbation
technics used for the generation of a Pseudo-Random Number Generator (PRNGs).The use of the
pseudo- chaotic sequences coupled to the orbit perturbation method in the chaotic logistic map and the
NewPiece-Wise Linear Chaotic Map (NPWLCM). The pseudo random number generator’s originality
proposed from the perturbation of the chaotic recurrence. Furthermore the outputs of the binary sequences
with NPWLCM are reconstructed conventionally with the Bernoulli’s sequences shifts map to change the
shapes with the bitwise permetation then the results in simulation are shown in progress. After being
perturbed, the chaotic system can generate the chaotic binary sequences in uniform distribution and the
statistical properties invulnerable analysis. This generator also has many advantages in the possible useful
applications of spread spectrum digitalimages, such as sensitive secret keys, random uniform distribution
of pixels in Crypto system in secure and synchronize communication.
Indexed-channel estimation under frequency and time-selective fading channels...IJECEIAES
Index modulation (IM) techniques have been employed in different communication systems to improve bandwidth efficiency by carrying additional information bits. In high-mobility communication systems and under both time-selective and frequency-selective fading channels with Doppler spread, channel variations can be tracked by employing pilot-aided channel estimation with minimum mean-squared error estimation. However, inserting pilot symbols among information symbols reduces the system's spectral efficiency in pilot-aided channel estimation schemes. We propose pilot-aided channel estimation with zero-pilot symbols and an energy detection scheme to tackle this issue. Part of the information bit-stream is conveyed by the indices of zero-pilot symbols leading to an increase in the system's spectral efficiency. We used an energy detector at the receiver to detect the transmitted zero-pilot symbols. This paper examines the impacts of diversity order on the zero-pilot symbol detection error probability and the mean-squared of error estimation. The impacts of pilot symbols number and the zero-pilot symbol number on the mean-squared error of the minimum mean-squared error (MMSE) estimator and the system error performance are also investigated in this paper.
Congestion Control in Wireless Sensor Networks Using Genetic AlgorithmEditor IJCATR
Sensor network consists of a large number of small nods, strongly interacting with the physical environment, takes
environmental data through sensors, and reacts after processing on information. Wireless network technologies are widely used in most
applications. As wireless sensor networks have many activities in the field of information transmission, network congestion cannot be
thus avoided. So it seems necessary that some new methods can control congestion and use existing resources for providing better traffic
demands. Congestion increases packet loss and retransmission of removed packets and also wastes of energy. In this paper, a novel
method is presented for congestion control in wireless sensor networks using genetic algorithm. The results of simulation show that the
proposed method, in comparison with the algorithm LEACH, can significantly improve congestion control at high speeds.
ICI and PAPR enhancement in MIMO-OFDM system using RNS codingIJECEIAES
The Inter-Carrier-Interference (ICI) is considered a bottleneck in the utilization of Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (MIMO-OFDM) systems, due to the sensitivity of the OFDM towards frequency offsets which lead to loss of orthogonality, interference and performance degradation. In this paper Residue Numbers as a coding scheme is impeded in MIMO-OFDM systems, where the ICI levels is measured and evaluated with respect to conventional ICI mitigation techniques implemented in MIMO-OFDM. The Carrier-to-Interference Ratio (CIR), the system Bit-Error-Rate (BER) and the Complementary Cumulative Distribution Function (CCDF) for MIMO-OFDM system with Residue Number System (RNS) coding are analyzed and evaluated. The results had demonstrated a performance of transmission model with and without RNS.
Effect of Interleaved FEC Code on Wavelet Based MC-CDMA System with Alamouti ...IJCSEIT Journal
In this paper, the impact of Forward Error Correction (FEC) code namely Trellis code with interleaver on
the performance of wavelet based MC-CDMA wireless communication system with the implementation of
Alamouti antenna diversity scheme has been investigated in terms of Bit Error Rate (BER) as a function of
Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) per bit. Simulation of the system under proposed study has been done in M-ary
modulation schemes (MPSK, MQAM and DPSK) over AWGN and Rayleigh fading channel incorporating
Walsh Hadamard code as orthogonal spreading code to discriminate the message signal for individual
user. It is observed via computer simulation that the performance of the interleaved coded based proposed
system outperforms than that of the uncoded system in all modulation schemes over Rayleigh fading
channel.
Fault Tolerant Parallel Filters Based On Bch CodesIJERA Editor
Digital filters are used in signal processing and communication systems. In some cases, the reliability of those
systems is critical, and fault tolerant filter implementations are needed. Over the years, many techniques that
exploit the filters’ structure and properties to achieve fault tolerance have been proposed. As technology scales,
it enables more complex systems that incorporate many filters. In those complex systems, it is common that
some of the filters operate in parallel, for example, by applying the same filter to different input signals.
Recently, a simple technique that exploits the presence of parallel filters to achieve multiple fault tolerance has
been presented. In this brief, that idea is generalized to show that parallel filters can be protected using Bose–
Chaudhuri–Hocquenghem codes (BCH) in which each filter is the equivalent of a bit in a traditional ECC. This
new scheme allows more efficient protection when the number of parallel filters is large.
Convolutional encoding with Viterbi decoding is a good forward error correction technique suitable for channels affected by noise degradation. Fangled Viterbi decoders are variants of Viterbi decoder (VD) which decodes quicker and takes less memory with no error detection capability. Modified fangled takes it a step further by gaining one bit error correction and detection capability at the cost of doubling the computational complexity and processing time. A new efficient fangled Viterbi algorithm is proposed in this paper with less complexity and processing time along with 2 bit error correction capabilities. For 1 bit error correction for 14 bit input data, when compared with Modified fangled Viterbi decoder, computational complexity has come down by 36-43% and processing delay was halved. For a 2 bit error correction, when compared with Modified fangled decoder computational complexity decreased by 22-36%.

BROAD UNEXPOSED SKILLS OF TRANSGENDER ENTREPRENEURSIAEME Publication
Since ages gender difference is always a debatable theme whether caused by nature, evolution or environment. The birth of a transgender is dreadful not only for the child but also for their parents. The pain of living in the wrong physique and treated as second class victimized citizen is outrageous and fully harboured with vicious baseless negative scruples. For so long, social exclusion had perpetuated inequality and deprivation experiencing ingrained malign stigma and besieged victims of crime or violence across their life spans. They are pushed into the murky way of life with a source of eternal disgust, bereft sexual potency and perennial fear. Although they are highly visible but very little is known about them. The common public needs to comprehend the ravaged arrogance on these insensitive souls and assist in integrating them into the mainstream by offering equal opportunity, treat with humanity and respect their dignity. Entrepreneurship in the current age is endorsing the gender fairness movement. Unstable careers and economic inadequacy had inclined one of the gender variant people called Transgender to become entrepreneurs. These tiny budding entrepreneurs resulted in economic transition by means of employment, free from the clutches of stereotype jobs, raised standard of living and handful of financial empowerment. Besides all these inhibitions, they were able to witness a platform for skill set development that ignited them to enter into entrepreneurial domain. This paper epitomizes skill sets involved in trans-entrepreneurs of Thoothukudi Municipal Corporation of Tamil Nadu State and is a groundbreaking determination to sightsee various skills incorporated and the impact on entrepreneurship.

Living in 21st century in itself reminds all of us the necessity of police and its administration. As more and more we are entering into the modern society and culture, the more we require the services of the so called ‘Khaki Worthy’ men i.e., the police personnel. Whether we talk of Indian police or the other nation’s police, they all have the same recognition as they have in India. But as already mentioned, their services and requirements are different after the like 26th November, 2008 incidents, where they without saving their own lives has sacrificed themselves without any hitch and without caring about their respective family members and wards. In other words, they are like our heroes and mentors who can guide us from the darkness of fear, militancy, corruption and other dark sides of life and so on. Now the question arises, if Gandhi would have been alive today, what would have been his reaction/opinion to the police and its functioning? Would he have some thing different in his mind now what he had been in his mind before the partition or would he be going to start some Satyagraha in the form of some improvement in the functioning of the police administration? Really these questions or rather night mares can come to any one’s mind, when there is too much confusion is prevailing in our minds, when there is too much corruption in the society and when the polices working is also in the questioning because of one or the other case throughout the India. It is matter of great concern that we have to thing over our administration and our practical approach because the police personals are also like us, they are part and parcel of our society and among one of us, so why we all are pin pointing towards them.

Banking regulations act of India, 1949 defines banking as “acceptance of deposits for the purpose of lending or investment from the public, repayment on demand or otherwise and withdrawable through cheques, drafts order or otherwise”, the major participants of the Indian financial system are commercial banks, the financial institution encompassing term lending institutions. Investments institutions, specialized financial institution and the state level development banks, non banking financial companies (NBFC) and other market intermediaries such has the stock brokers and money lenders are among the oldest of the certain variants of NBFC and the oldest market participants. The asset quality of banks is one of the most important indicators of their financial health. The Indian banking sector has been facing severe problems of increasing Non- Performing Assets (NPAs). The NPAs growth directly and indirectly affects the quality of assets and profitability of banks. It also shows the efficiency of banks credit risk management and the recovery effectiveness. NPA do not generate any income, whereas, the bank is required to make provisions for such as assets that why is a double edge weapon. This paper outlines the concept of quality of bank loans of different types like Housing, Agriculture and MSME loans in state Haryana of selected public and private sector banks. This study is highlighting problems associated with the role of commercial bank in financing Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SME). The overall objective of the research was to assess the effect of the financing provisions existing for the setting up and operations of MSMEs in the country and to generate recommendations for more robust financing mechanisms for successful operation of the MSMEs, in turn understanding the impact of MSME loans on financial institutions due to NPA. ROLE OF SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN RURAL DEVELOPMENT OF INDIA - PROBLEMS AND ...IAEME Publication
The majority of the population in India lives in villages. The village is the back bone of the country. Village or rural industries play an important role in the national economy, particularly in the rural development. Developing the rural economy is one of the key indicators towards a country’s success. Whether it be the need to look after the welfare of the farmers or invest in rural infrastructure, Governments have to ensure that rural development isn’t compromised. The economic development of our country largely depends on the progress of rural areas and the standard of living of rural masses. Village or rural industries play an important role in the national economy, particularly in the rural development. Rural entrepreneurship is based on stimulating local entrepreneurial talent and the subsequent growth of indigenous enterprises. It recognizes opportunity in the rural areas and accelerates a unique blend of resources either inside or outside of agriculture. Rural entrepreneurship brings an economic value to the rural sector by creating new methods of production, new markets, new products and generate employment opportunities thereby ensuring continuous rural development. Social Entrepreneurship has the direct and primary objective of serving the society along with the earning profits. So, social entrepreneurship is different from the economic entrepreneurship as its basic objective is not to earn profits but for providing innovative solutions to meet the society needs which are not taken care by majority of the entrepreneurs as they are in the business for profit making as a sole objective. So, the Social Entrepreneurs have the huge growth potential particularly in the developing countries like India where we have huge societal disparities in terms of the financial positions of the population. Still 22 percent of the Indian population is below the poverty line and also there is disparity among the rural & urban population in terms of families living under BPL. 25.7 percent of the rural population & 13.7 percent of the urban population is under BPL which clearly shows the disparity of the poor people in the rural and urban areas. The need to develop social entrepreneurship in agriculture is dictated by a large number of social problems. Such problems include low living standards, unemployment, and social tension. The reasons that led to the emergence of the practice of social entrepreneurship are the above factors. The research problem lays upon disclosing the importance of role of social entrepreneurship in rural development of India. The paper the tendencies of social entrepreneurship in India, to present successful examples of such business for providing recommendations how to improve situation in rural areas in terms of social entrepreneurship development. Indian government has made some steps towards development of social enterprises, social entrepreneurship, and social in- novation, but a lot remains to be improved.

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).

Neuro-symbolic is not enough, we need neuro-*semantic*Frank van Harmelen
Neuro-symbolic (NeSy) AI is on the rise. However, simply machine learning on just any symbolic structure is not sufficient to really harvest the gains of NeSy. These will only be gained when the symbolic structures have an actual semantics. I give an operational definition of semantics as “predictable inference”.
All of this illustrated with link prediction over knowledge graphs, but the argument is general.
