                              REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES                                  1. This form, accomplished in duplicate, should serve as a                   11.Grades and promotions should be determined as follows:

  • 1. DepEd FORM 18 – A INSTRUCTIONS REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES 1.
