 It is recommended that the Project Team
who was assigned to do root cause
analysis for the PIA should be the one to
prepare AIP for continuity
The PT may add or change some of their
team members if necessary.
While SIP is aligned to the
Division Goals and
objectives, AIP is based on
the general objectives and
targets set in the SIP.
