skills I have gained through my 9 years in the service industry, with a single company, to make a positive impact in
a new company. I am loyal and hardworking, I will go above and beyond to not only meet but exceed any

HR Generalist Screened applicant resumes and applications as well as perform background checks.
Experience Interviewed qualified applicants for hourly positions. Recommended starting hourly rate
based on employee qualifications as well as suggest employee raises and promotions.
Responsible for employee reviews after probationary period. Educated staff on all company

Training and Helped create employee training program. Trained employees on the job while in the field by

Worked my way to the top of the organization by accepting new challenges and responsibilities. Started at the age of 14
washing dishes and stocking the store on the retail end. Took on the role of shift manager while still in high school. Worked
full time to finance my college expenses.
Responsible for ordering all rental equipment needed for events at the best cost to the company by doing research
and price comparing various rental companies.
Played key role in achieving and maintaining employee turnover rate, increasing the retention rate to 81% in an
industry with a very high turnover rate.
Implemented employee probationary period for all new hires.
Handpicked by company President to evaluate application and select talented individuals to benefit the company
based on my personal knowledge of the industry.
Played a key role in the development and implementation of training programs.
Acted as liaison between senior management and staff.
Selected to take on the role of staffing over 800 events making sure each and every event meets staffing

up and checking on his progress.
