 Verifying and sending the pre-joining document to centralized entry team
 Getting employee code & appointment letter generated for new joiners.
 Introducing the new joiners with their managers and team members and allocating their place of posting.
 Guiding the employees on the policies and procedures of the organization.
 Guiding employees on compensation related queries.
 Managing the probation process and the probation database.
 Deciding the manpower requirement with Regional Manager and also forecasting the future needs.
 Responsible for managing all staffs queries relating to their salaries, leaves, loan and benefits and other incidental
queries.
 Co-ordination with corporate office for Appointment letters, salary fixation and staff confirmations.
 Maintaining harmonious employee relations and Grievance Handling.
 Performance Management –To efficiently and effectively carry out the Annual Contribution enhancement.
 Providing salary inputs for all people due to receive (travelling, transportation, relocation and medical allowance, promotional

 Handling Labor contractor management, reconciliation of vendor data with actual data for verification of bill and
statutory compliance , monitoring labor’s daily attendance, Maintaining and updating labor database, Execution
of various laws such as ESI ,PF and other details, Keeping senior authority updated with revised minimum wages
and wage policy.

 Conducting bulk hiring of front line employees.
