system which covers the whole Hot Spring Gadek development
with least maintenance required.

exceptional to residential are to be renew yearly. The renewal
contract are subjected to BOMBA inspection. These action are
to be done and execute by the building owner with
corresponding Professional Engineer validation. The
Dayabumi Complex Fire Certificate has successfully renew
with the cooperation from the Building Management Committee
by obeying each regulation with utmost detail of the existing
condition which result in satisfactory by the appointed
inspection BOMBA.
The Dayabumi Complex existing cold and drinking water
plumbing has degrade the system efficiency has impacted the
building forecast budget of their utilities. Hence, KLCCUH and
Dayabumi Complex Management committee agreed to
refurbish their existing system with newly marketed material
that is Polypropylene Random (PP-R). The material has an
extensive efficiency whereby the conveyance system having
near zero frictionless material. The Polypropylene Random
(PP-R) pipe connection uses fusion welding makes it near
impossible to leak. The new pipe has successfully install and
bring down the total cost of the annual utility usage, thus
enabling the building maintenance forecast at much greater
cost reduction.

Remark: Technip FMC appointed Wan Husin & Associates as a
Principal Submitting Person (PSP) whereby our scope of work
is to overseeing the entire projects development and building
that resulting in the issuance of the CCC. For this purpose, 21
forms (form G1 to G21) to be complied and it is also introduce
under the Second Schedule of the Uniform Building by Law
(UBBL) 1984. My scope of work in this project is the pipeline
and fire water system which are to be complied with G5 for the
pipeline and Active Fire Submission to the BOMBA. Currently,
the process of CCC issuance are in progress and the overall
project are on course.
Pipeline are to be comply with standards and regulations
bodies. Such as BS EN ISO and regulation bodies which is
SAJH and SPAN. Complying to these two in terms of
supervision and design wise is a bit challenging as the EPCC
for this project is massive and coordination with each EPCC
are comprehended with ease with method of follow up on daily
basis and cooperation from each parties.
Fire Water System which are to compliance with NFPA 2001,
NFPA 13, NFPA 850, NFPA 120, NFPA 17, and various more.
Malaysia standard are not capable to comprehend with Oil &
Gas project, thus selection of designing and incorporating the
information to the authority is challenging since it is not vastly
introduce to each BOMBA personnel.

Remark: In this project, focuses on the irrigation design for the Padang
Bola Sepak. Conventionally, in a project, to design the irrigation
the client were to appoint a third party consultant. However, in
this project with its minimal cost, client and consultant are to
produce in order to comply with the JKR need statement. Thus,
I able to produce a complete system for the irrigation with
minimal cost at RM35, 000. Appointing a third party consultant
would consume more than RM100, 000. It’s an achievement
for both party and able to comply with the need statement.
