Personal Statement
For the past twelve years of working in the construction industry I gained
experience in both design and delivery of civil and mechanical engineering
projects. As a result of being involved in various stages of project lifecycle
starting from engineering design through tendering process to project
execution and close out I ’m able to fill in various roles such as CAD
technician, estimator / QS, site engineer, project manager or safety officer.
I have experience in managing both civil and mechanical projects and
maintenance works. I’m familiar with undertaking works in various
challenging environments such as fuel terminal or airports where higher inherent risks are
present and strict security and health and safety protocols have to be observed at all times. I have
a good understanding of construction related Health and Safety Regulations and I’m used to
work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining the customer focus all the time. Number of projects I
was involved in received awards / recognitions for their H&S and operational excellence such as
RosPa Gold Award or Contractor of the Year Award.
