a) JEDDAH GATE Main building, KSA:
Presently working as Mechanical engineer for huge project in Jeddah. Having 3 Buildings 8 floors
each. This project involved Supervision of Planning, designing and erection, of HVAC, Fire fighting &
Plumbing services.

Worked in the huge project as a Mechanical engineer (HVAC, PLUMBING SERVICES & FIRE
FIGHTING) JEDDAH, KSA. Chief contributions include:
• Undertake a thorough study of HVAC & Plumbing Tender Drawings, Specifications &
BOQ; followed by Review submission of shop drawings for approval.
• Review of technical submittal of material & design calculation involved in project.
• To prepare comparison report between tender documents and IFC documents in terms of
materials quantities, specification and scope of work to commercial department to claim any
variations in project objectives.

• Design check was in our scope so it is done using latest Cooling Load calculation design software
HAP (Hourly Analysis Program).
• Undertaken a thorough study of M & P Tender Drawings, Specifications & BOQ;
• HVAC System for this project comprises of package units 12 TR 1 NO`s & 4 TR 2 NO`s for each
villa, for Apartment each floor 10 TR 1 No`s & 2 TR 3 no`s Split Units.
• Design calculations involved in various systems, which include Smoke Extract system,
Pressurization system, Basement car park exhaust.
• Redesigning ducting after the final equipment selection as per the actual Cooling Load and air
flows respectively.
• Estimation & installation of Plumbing/Drainage/Fire fighting System/Swimming pool system

a) MAHANDRA SATYAM (HI-TECH CITY):
Worked as Site Engineer-HVAC (taking whole responsibility of air conditioning and ventilation) for
this project located in Hi-tech city, Hyderabad. This project is completed successfully
HVAC System for this project comprises of 4 Chillers for tonnage 1600 TR,
20 FAHUs,53 AHU’s, and Chilled water system comprises of primary pumps with constant speed
and secondary pumps with variable speed(VFD’s) Pressurization units and Auto/Manual Chemical
dosing system.
