Project and it's description: "Developed Khaled & Almasjeed Road" which is
including: site preparation and earthwork, Irrigation system, decorative lighting,
landscaping and hardscape. All of that are in a distance of about 10 Km.
Position: Project Manager
Scoop of work:
 Oversee the preparation of project plans.
 Determine the relationships between the parties involved in the
implementation of the project.
 Take the necessary measures to manage the resources needed for the

 Organization the acts of subordinates in the project and supervising them
and making coordination among themselves.

 Breakdown the project into WBS.

Project and it's description: "courts and notaries complex in Buraidah". This
project included main building of seven blocks: The two front blocks consist of
basement and three floors, the sides are basement and seven floors, the middle
one is basement and ten floors, and the remaining two blocks are ramps of the
basement. In addition of that there were a landscape of /24000 m2/ included a
mosque, soldier house, electric rooms, guard rooms, ground tank, green areas,
pavements, streets, and the fence.

 15/2/2007 – 21/8/2008:
Company: Drinking water establishment in Homs
Project and it's description:
1. Al-Hazza village Feeding project with drinking water, which included
the addition to the drinking water network implement a ground water
reservoir, guard buildings and the perimeter fence and pumping
rooms.
2. Implementation of pumping water line of / 300 mm / diameter and /11
km/ length from pumping station in Hesyaa city to higher reservoir
near the village of the Sadad.
Position: Chairman of the oversight committee

Scoop of work:
 Save project files and documents with the classification and arrangement.
 Receipt of two copies of the contract documents (the contract - general and
special conditions - Specifications - BOQ) and a copy is saved in a special
file, and the other version at the project site.
 Participate in the site delivery committee to the contractor on schedule and
prepare the record on the form prepared for that.
 Technical knowledge of a contractor and make sure the qualifications and
experience of the scientific process and then adoption.
 Follow up the setting up of the implementation schedule of the contractor to
study it and make any notes on it (if any).
 Follow up Contractor's Equipment used for work after the verification and
approval of efficiency.
 Follow up the work of leveling network and in the presence of retinal
engineer or surveyor before starting work.
 Follow up tests of the soil.
 Study the (SHOP DRAWINGS) of the various parts of the project and
comment upon (if any) and propose appropriate amendments and approval.
 Review and matching architectural plans at all other schemes and review
the quantities mentioned in the contract with charts and modify what it
takes.
 Planning and overall supervision and development of programs and policies
in order to avoid any delay in the completion of the project.
 Overseeing the implementation of the project at various stages in
accordance with the conditions, specifications and drawings.
 Coordination between the contractor and the employer.
 Follow up the implementation schedule and updated.

conform to specifications.

1. Feeding the village of Nasiriyah included drinking water reservoir high
altitudes / 16 m / Capacity / 150 m3 /, water network in the village with a
total length / 25 km /.
2. Construction project of a municipal building in the village of Al-Forqulos
which consist of three roles in addition of the replacement of the water
network in the village with the expansion of the network.

 15/1/2005 - 15/6/2006:
Company: Drinking water establishment in Homs
Project and it's description:
1. Construction project of a pumping station for drinking water in the village
of Futtaim Al-Aernouk with the creation of a ground reservoir capacity of
500 m3 of three pools with the extension of the water network in the
village.
2. Construction project of a municipal building in Arraudah village with a
pumping station for drinking water including electricity rooms, a high-rise
tank / 9 m height / with a capacity of /100 m3/ and the extension of the
new water network in the village.
Position: Chairman of the oversight committee
Scoop of work:
The same work of 2007 - 2008 projects.
 1/2/2004 - 30/11/2004:
Company: Dar Aleemar contracting
Project and it's description:
Implementing of concrete works for a commercial building consisting of six
floors and a floor area of 600 m 2 in the city of Homs.
Position: Site engineer

 1/11/1998 – 25/12/2000:
I had worked as designer and executive engineer of some soldier's dormitories and
buildings during my military service.
 15/9/1997 – 22/8/1998:
I had worked as supervisor of some soil works in Zeta dam project, like fill,
compaction, and cement injection. But not more than some months because I
started anther work in Drinking Water establishment.
 1997:
I had made a structural study of Concorde Hotel in Deir al-Zour city as graduation
project. The building consisted of three blocks construction permitting, separated by
commas extended. The three blocks are different in elevations, included different
types of structural elements. The obtained on this project 98% mark.

In addition of that there were a landscape of /24000 m2/ included a mosque, soldier house, electric rooms, guard rooms, ground tank, green areas, pavements, streets, and the fence. Implementation of pumping water line of / 300 mm / diameter and /11 km/ length from pumping station in Hesyaa city to higher reservoir near the village of the Sadad.   • 10. 11  1/11/1998 – 25/12/2000: I had worked as designer and executive engineer of some soldier's dormitories and buildings during my military service.  15/9/1997 – 22/8/1998: I had worked as supervisor of some soil works in Zeta dam project, like fill, compaction, and cement injection. But not more than some months because I started anther work in Drinking Water establishment.  1997: I had made a structural study of Concorde Hotel in Deir al-Zour city as graduation project. The building consisted of three blocks construction permitting, separated by commas extended. The three blocks are different in elevations, included different types of structural elements.
