Project: Extension of existing documentary channel, Al Jazzerra

Brief description of project:
The project was a building extension project of existing documentary channel of Al Jazeera TV station.
Our company bagged the whole MEP portion were M/s Galfar Al misnad were our main civil contractor
and I was in charge of the Mechanical part of the project. Air conditioning unit were packaged air
conditioning unit with humidity control system for the server room. Firefighting system was connected to
the existing project with some of the rooms being protected by FM 200 fire suppression system. Plumbing
and drainage were connected to the existing building.

Project:Empire Mall

Brief description of project:
The project was mall construction project were Voltas bagged the Mechanical (firefighting and plumbing)
and electrical (LT and HT).The project was two basement and two floor project. The fire fighting system
consist of sprinkler and hydrant network in the both the basement and corridor of the main shopping
floor and pump for the system in the basement. The building had external fire fighting hydrant system.
Plumbing with GI piping, installation of plumbing pumps and sanitary fixture were in plumbing scope of
work. Drainage part consists of UPVC drainage pipe from sanitary fixture to the external drainage system.
Electrical part of the system consists of LT work from the transformer to the building and HT work from
the substation to the transformer. Total load of the electrical system were 7.7 MVA.
Project: Hotel Westin

Brief description of project:
The project was five star hotel project in Koregoan park,Pune. The project was 352 hotel room project
and the M/s Spectral Delhi were the consultant for the project. Our scope of work consist only HVAC
service. The whole capacity of the project was of 1500 TR with 2 No. of centrifugal chiller, 367
No.FCUs,67 No. AHUs and Ventilation consist of 42 No. toilet exhaust fans, smoke exhaust fans,
pressurization fans. Kitchen scrubber units 8No.
