1. Recently completed (as Senior Project Manager) on of the biggest project in Brunei- B23 Champion
Waterflood Project consisting of one complex of 3 platforms (one Process Platform, One Auxiliary
Power supply Platform and Well Jacket Platform all bridge connected and 4 satellite well jacket
platforms for Brunei Shell Petroleum. The project cost is 80 million US dollars with 20 million USD as
engineering fee for consultant

21. Ensure Technical Safety (HSE) outcomes as per client requirements are incorporated in design.
22. Ensure constructability workshops are conducted with stakeholders and ensure the outcomes are
incorporated in design.
23. Ensure Quality audits are conducted as per agreed Approved Project Quality plan and peer reviews
are conducted at 30%, 60% and 90% project stage. Follow-up to ensure all outstanding actions are
closed before Construction packages are issued.
24. Follow-up with vendors to ensure all vendor drawings are issued as per agreed schedule and
reviewed by disciplines engineers to meet the specification requirements. Ensure all vendor drawings
and documents are approved before Factory Acceptance Test and all Construction drawings are
issued without HOLDs. If HOLDs are marked on drawings, make sure it is released at appropriate
time via HOLDs management and follow-up with vendor via teleconferences for speedy clearances.
25. Arrange Lesson learned workshop at the end of project to compile all mistakes that happened and
ensured that are passed on to next project team to update check lists so that it is not repeated in
future jobs.
26. All site related queries are addressed on priority in a timely manner to ensure fabrication is not
effected at site due to engineering issues.
27. All brown-field isometrics are sent to 3D survey agency to check for clashes and orientation of
flanges etc. thus reducing the number offshore field welds on site.
