Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With expertise in erection of storage tanks, Pressure
Vessel / Columns & Structural Steels etc. also other fabrication requirements of
the Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Industries, piping, Steel Chimney Stacks etc.
Main Tasks
Controls, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related
monthly and weekly reports.
Coordinate local and overseas recruitment under the supervision of the HR
Manager.
Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies to fill vacancies.
Draft employment offer letter and contracts for selected candidates.
Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications,
summarize CV’s for easier evaluation by the Department Heads.
Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CV’s.
Obtains and assesses all certificates and testimonials of the candidates.
Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the
targeted time.
Forwards collected CV’s to the concerned Department Heads for evaluation
and interviews.
Conduct new employee orientation and apprises employee of benefit
option.
Types employment contracts, and issues engagement advice.
Coordinate manpower planning process and maintain manpower records.
Establishes and maintains files and records on an ongoing basis.
Generate recruitment related reports.
