handled planning, organizing and implementation of activities for hassle-free opening of the exhibition.
Key Responsibilities:
Floor Management
 Gathered registration details of participating companies to determine requirements for accurate exhibition planning.
 Reviewed floor plans to facilitate space allotments for all participants of the exhibition along with rest rooms and other
facilities required for ease of operations and maintained high customer satisfaction scores.
 Coordinated on-site requirements of electricity, parking, fixtures in stalls / booths, security arrangements, CCTV monitoring,
internet & Wi-Fi facilities, VIP lounge for corporate guests etc.
 Secured required permits from governing bodies / authorities and supervised crucial preparations for the commencement /
opening of the exhibition.
 Directed the daily set-up for show hours announced by the management, assisted participants in setting up exhibits/displays
within allotted areas and communicated compliance requirements to avoid empty stalls, early closure of booths etc.
 Assigned specific spaces for technical troubleshooting teams, repairs & maintenance workers and mediated between
participants and designated service providers as and when required.
 Worked in close coordination with building contractors and service providers to accelerate task completion for smooth
