NO (but we have all results written in the lab journals)

acceptable/rejection limits? Please describe it shortly or provide the statistical

6. Action after a negative results
for quality control
• If the quality control procedure indicates a failure (results out the statistical limits),
what do you do? Please explain shortly the procedure
• Standard soil prepared by laboratory staff we are used as an
internal reference. We took sample many years ago before
cultivating soil (ploughing) and use in the laboratory and to
compare how soil nutrient content have to changing.
• We also including duplicates (more than 2) of each set of
samples and checks between sets of samples
• If the quality control procedure indicates a failure, we
repeated the analysis .

7. Staff qualification
Is there a quality control officer to look into the quality of the results?
Officialy NO but lab in charge Mrs Bayasgalan (Agronomy)
If YES, did she/he get some special training to do this control?
NO (only head of departments participated special training two time )
If YES, please provide some short information on the type of training she/he received
Does she/he continue to be trained on a regular basis?
YES ( Mrs Bayasgalan was regularly practices in the lab and she trains to other
lab staffs. Now she is waiting to participate the special training)
If YES, please provide information on the frequency and duration of the training
