Model Attribute Check Company Auto PropertyCeline George
In Odoo, the multi-company feature allows you to manage multiple companies within a single Odoo database instance. Each company can have its own configurations while still sharing common resources such as products, customers, and suppliers.
The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

2. Do you have and use an internal quality control
system
i.e. do you have a set of rules to detect analytical errors
within your laboratory?
YES
If yes, are these rules written?
YES(lab manual but old one, so we need change it)
If yes, how often to you use your internal
quality control system?
Every new analitical bach
3. What are the characteristics of the material
used for quality control (QC)?
What kind of material is used to perform the quality control?
Чанарын хяналтыг гүйцэтгэхэд ямар төрлийн материал
ашигладаг вэ?
- natural soils? YES
- synthetic material? NO
- chemicals? NO
Is the material used for QC:
- prepared by yourself ? YES (Internal Control)
- prepared out of the laboratory ? YES (External Control)
- bought to a company as a certified reference material ?
NO
4. Analysis of the control material
Are you using the control material for all your analytical parameters? NO
If 'NO' are you using it for:
- pH YES
- P2O5 YES
- K2O YES
- NO3 YES
- Carbon/ Humus YES
- Ca/ Mg YES
- etc. (please make the list of the top ten analysis according to on line
survey) YES/NO
How often do you analyze your control material?
- in every analytical batch YES
- once a month YES
5. Comparison of control material results to
specific statistical limits
Do you have a data base where the control material results are collected?
NO (but we have all results written in the lab journals)
Are you using quality charts to plot your results (like in the figure
attached this email)?
YES
Can you show an example of quality control chart obtained in your
laboratory?
YES
How do you determine the specific statistical limits for
acceptable/rejection limits? Please describe it shortly or provide the statistical
test
6. Action after a negative results
for quality control
• If the quality control procedure indicates a failure (results out the statistical limits),
what do you do? Please explain shortly the procedure
• Standard soil prepared by laboratory staff we are used as an
internal reference. We took sample many years ago before
cultivating soil (ploughing) and use in the laboratory and to
compare how soil nutrient content have to changing.
• We also including duplicates (more than 2) of each set of
samples and checks between sets of samples
• If the quality control procedure indicates a failure, we
repeated the analysis .
7. Staff qualification
Is there a quality control officer to look into the quality of the results?
Officialy NO but lab in charge Mrs Bayasgalan (Agronomy)
If YES, did she/he get some special training to do this control?
NO (only head of departments participated special training two time )
If YES, please provide some short information on the type of training she/he received
Does she/he continue to be trained on a regular basis?
YES ( Mrs Bayasgalan was regularly practices in the lab and she trains to other
lab staffs. Now she is waiting to participate the special training)
If YES, please provide information on the frequency and duration of the training
Training organizing a 4 time for year in Mongolia
