This document provides instructions for constructing angles and triangles using a protractor, ruler, and pencil given specific measurements. For angles, the steps are to rule a horizontal line, place the protractor at one end with the center, mark the desired degree at the edge, and rule a line from the end of the first line to the mark. For triangles, the steps are to rule lines for the two given side lengths, place the protractor at an end to mark the angle degree, rule the third side to complete the triangle, and label all measurements.
