Harp Legacy Concrete is a partnership founded in 2005 that provides turnkey reinforced concrete foundations for residential and small commercial buildings. They offer excavation, footings, walls, waterproofing, backfilling, and flatwork services. Concrete foundations are superior to masonry as they are stronger, last longer, and provide a dry basement. Their process involves forming footings, erecting wall forms, placing rebar, and pumping high-strength concrete to construct monolithic foundations in about a week.

• IRC limit 12 inch masonry to 4 ft fill without
reinforcement and full grout
• 10 inch un-reinforced concrete allowed to 8 foot
fill, addition of rebar increases depth
• Concrete foundation monolithic less prone to
crack and settle

• Cost comparable to grouted masonry
• Concrete watertight provides for dry basement

basement warranty
