2. ABOUT ME
Dr. C.Thanavathi is presently working as Assistant Professor of History, V.O.C.College
of Education, Thoothukudi. Tamil Nadu, India since May, 2008. I had supervised 12 M. Ed.
scholars and 4 M.Phil. scholars. I have published 42 papers in national and international
journals. I honored with “Best Researcher Award” by ESN Publications, Chennai.
“Outstanding Research Faculty Award” by Amaravathi Research Academy, Chennai.
“GMRAF Award for Research Advisor Excellence” by GMRAF International Seminar cum
Awards 2019 by Global Multidisciplinary Research & Academic Foundation, Chennai.
“Research Excellence Award 2020” by Institute of Scholars, Karnataka, India. Totally received
17 awards from national and international institutions. I successfully completed ICSSR, New
Delhi sponsored Major Research Project and doing NCERT ERIC, New Delhi major research
