How do you do! Good morning to you all. Firstly I would like to introduce myself. I am Hninn Thiri Naing. I was awarded the degree of Master of Engineering ( Electrical Power ) by Yangon Technological University in 2013, graduate registration no. 27393.Our master course work and thesis analysis time frame was three years periods. My specialize subject was Power Factor Improvement Techniques For Distribution Substation. This is certify that 6th National Conference on Science and Engineering (lower Myanmar).
I would like to explain briefly about my studied of field title which is “designing power factor improvement techniques at substation level, the study on the load characteristics is important.”As a main sectors ,cause of low power factor ,power factor improvement techniques ,study at distribution substation no.(1) on job training ,calculation of reactive power for power factor improvement ,modeling for power factor improvement by using Matlab software , and power factor improving performance of the techniques.
So I believe that my field of analysis background and knowledge will be the best for cooperation with your organization. Moreover, I interest in your county smart on field of power supply and distribution system and also I want to learn new technologies of electrical power field and keep in touch as my experiences. Thus I attached my resume if you want to check it and also you can know other working experience of me. I hope that we can effort to the bright of our future together with your organization.
This is second of the two sets of slides that i have used at my session at the Regional Workshop on ICT Leadership in Higher Education organised by Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia and The Open University of Sri Lanka, 6 - 7 June, 2014, at Hotel Tourmaline, Kandy, Sri Lanka.

The learning teaching process has undergone a paradigm shift in recent years. It has shifted from teacher centred to student centred. Hence, the challenge of a teacher has become as to how to cater to the needs of all types of learners in the classroom when their learning styles vary according to their individual needs. Heutagogy is a technique of self-determined learning with practices and principles rooted from andragogy that could be responsible for the developments in higher education. This technique coupled with e-content is an innovative strategy that provides multi-sensory experience to the learners. The learners can visualize the entire content and attain mastery over the topics. In the present study, the e-content on osmosis was developed and given to the tertiary learners for learning. Pre-test and post-test were administered to the samples to ascertain the effectiveness of heutagogy integration into e-content. The results of the study revealed that e-content with heutagogical approach for learners of higher education were effective.

Collaborative, Program-wide Alignment of Assessments and ePortfolios to Build...ePortfolios Australia
During their course of study, medical science students are generally unaware that they are developing professional skills related to graduate capabilities. Interestingly, at a program level the institution finds it difficult to view the development of these capabilities. In this session we will discuss our own learning journey as discipline specific teachers who have worked collaboratively to implement ePortfolios and rubrics across courses and within the medical science degree program at UNSW Australia. Our approach to supporting student learning and development of reflective practice and professional skills in teamwork by cross-discipline alignment of assessment coupled with ePortfolio thinking and doing will be presented.
