Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

Blood in three District Adilabad, Warangal and Khammam,(it‟s worth

Grow Green (it‟s worth approximately 3.4 crore)
2011-2015 Established 300 “Red Ribbon Clubs” in Degree and Junior Colleges of three
Districts i.e., Adilabad, Khammam and Warangal creating awareness among the
student and volunteers as well as rural & urban people.
2011-2015 Organized 20 Skill Development Training Programme for 1000 Girl volunteers
on Mehandi Applications, Beautician, Mushroom Cultivation and Vermi Compost
for Entrepreneurship Development.
2011-2015 “Cup of Rice”, a novel charity programme introduce for volunteers at college
level to collect rice from neighbors and donate it to orphans and age-old people
(350 quintals of Rice)
2012-2014 Conducted Two NSS Mega Special Camps at Medam Jathara (State Festival)
involving 500 volunteers (2012, 2014) to serve devotees.

Roots-X:
Born in a rural tribal family in remote village Papaiahpally of Govindaraopet
mandal in Warangal district, Telangana State-India.
First a shepherd boy and then mastered in agricultural operations at a tender age
before learnt alphabets. At present Professor of Economics in Kakatiya
University, Editor an International Journal of Environment & Development and
prestigious Indira Gandhi NSS Award conferred by the President of India &
Lifetime Achievement Award from the President of USA.
