How do I integrate into each marketplace?
1. Integrated marketplace
To integrate your application into this type of marketplace, you need an API that meets the 8 points of
integration – provision, de-provision, upgrade, downgrade, suspend, resume, billing, and single sign-on. There
are ways around these functions if the API is not available for one of them, but for a smoother integration
process, it’s best to have all points met.
2. Directory marketplace
For this marketplace, you only need to provide a link to your company on the directory website. There is no
integration process for this marketplace.
3. Proprietary marketplace
Integration into this type of marketplace can be similar to the Integrated marketplace. But, keep in mind that
each Proprietary marketplace will be different requiring individualized points of integration.
