2. Imperial China Historiography
In the imperial China, the role of controlling the emperor s power started with a historiographer,
then to be a permanent position, however, what the objectives controlled is the administrative
officers and their remonstrations to the emperor in some dynasties, rather not the directly challenge
emperors power. Nonetheless, a historiographer is supposed to be responsible for assessing the
historical merits and demerits of the emperor s conduct while recording the daily life. There arise
therein a force to regulate the emperor s conduct. Only, the intervention of the emperor s mandate
that change the objectives from the emperor himself to the other bureaucratic officers may destroy

3. Chumash Tribal History
In today s century, we look at canoes and think of them as just a thing people do as a hobby or
what others do as a fun activity on occasions. This was not the case for many years ago; the
Chumash would build and use canoes as a necessity to survive. It was an easier way for them to
travel besides walking and helpful for hunting fishin the sea. The Chumash would call these
Tomols, meaning boatin Chumash language. The Chumash having years of expertise on these
canoes, they would have an exact way and routine on how to make these boats; they would also
have a certain group of people that would make these great boats. The Chumash tomol gave the
Chumash great transportation and helped them for many years; it was a complex and time
consuming boat to build at that time that needed to be tested and made with specific tools and

The Chumash didn t just have one type of Tomol; they had three boats they would make. There
were tule balsas, dugout canoes, and the more famous plank canoe. The tule balsa canoe was a
boat that was made of bundles of tule and was assembled in only three days. This was a canoe
they would build when the area was running low on supplies and wood for the other canoes. To
build this boat, they would first need to cut down some tule, then let it dry while. Tule is a plant
that would grow in water areas and would be found off the coasts of areas. When the tule is dry,
the Chumash would put them into bundles and tie them together; each bundle would depend on
how big the Chumash would want the canoe. Unlike the other canoes, this canoe was never made
with boards or planks; however, this boat was slow compared to the

4. Aboriginal Australian Displacement Analysis
Displacement can be defined as forcible removal of people from their home environment and
community. For Aboriginal Australian s displacement began in the 1880 s, after the European
settlement, and a number of Government Acts were introduced to assert power onto Aboriginal
Australia s and educate them on a Western culture (Harrison Sellwood, 2016). As a result, the
displacement of Aboriginal Australian s from their land increased diseases, and destruction of
culture and languages (Hampton Toombs, 2013, p. 37) which continues into the new century. The
1905 Act gave the Government and Police power to remove any Aboriginal Australian s to a reserve
which were established to house all Indigenous Australian people in one location. The Government
thought they were providing Indigenous Australian people with special treatment (Craven, 2011),

The impact of losing a child was devastating for mothers and fathers, often resulting in death by
suicide (Harrison Sellwood, 2016), domestic violence and drug addiction, as well as mental
health issues. Up to five generations of families could feel the impact of the stolen generation,
which can impact on education (Harrison Sellwood, 2016, p. 63) as well as higher risk of student
s having emotional and behavioural issues (Craven, 2011). Craven (2011) also explains these
factors can contribute to low school attendance, which is significantly higher the non Aboriginal
Australian people. For example, a small town called Warrego in the Northern Territory had a
school being run a middle aged couple. The school s attendance rate school was low as the children
from the Mungalawurru community lived an hour s drive away. On top of this, they live with
carers, not their parents, and have been exposed to violence and abuse (Bush School, 2010). It is

5. The Importance Of Female Characters In Disney Films
Children s animation has always been a specific genre that attracts a lot of attention due to the
affect its characters can have on young kids. Arguably the most popular children s animated films
franchise is the Disney Princess line, where about twelve female characters from these Disney
films serve as the main protagonist throughout their respective movies. Young girls around the
world obsess over the Disney Princesses as they remain highly popular due to frequent films and
merchandising. The Princesses who star in these films are seen as role models to these young
women, especially in American culture as they typically have redeemable qualities and make the
best out of troublesome situations. Although Disney films are especially popular in the United
States as well as worldwide, they are not as well favored in Japan. Japanese animated children s
films are beloved in their home country, specifically ones that feature a strong, pre teen female
protagonist. The Studio Ghiblifilm studio has many female roles in their animated films, and
audiences view these characters as more age appropriate to their target audience: female children
and pre teen girls. American audiences that are exposed to these Japanese films seem to agree that
the female characters are more realistic, more personable, and have better views and goals than
those of the Disney Princess franchise. Two films both released in 1989, Disney s The Little
Mermaidand Studio Ghibli s Kiki s Delivery Service both

born in Moscow, Russia on June 9, 1672. Peter was the son of Czar Alexei Mikhailovich of Russia

From 1712 to 1918, Saint Petersburg was the capital of the Russian Empire. It is remembered as the

8. Alcoholics Anonymous ( A.a )
Founded in 1935, Alcoholics Anonymous (A.A.) is a 12 step spiritual program for those who
have a desire to stop drinking. It is open to all those who seek help all over the world. Thousands
of alcoholics have become victorious because of the spiritual foundation it was built on. In 1939 the
first book, Alcoholics Anonymous, was published. It held all of the struggles and hope filled
stories of some of the first alcoholics that joined the group. This book, later called The Big Book
, would lay down all of the suggestions for an alcoholic if he or she wanted to live a sober life.
The program focuses on the 12 steps to help newcomers adjust to this way of life. Upon entering
the program, it is suggested that the newcomer pick a sponsor to help guide them through the
steps. Furthermore, service work within the fellowship is also recommended. The sole purpose
of Alcoholics Anonymous is to help someone achieve sobriety. As a non alcoholic, it is easy to
look at a fellowship as big as A.A. and think there may be other motives. There is no other
purpose in A.A. In the Big Book, it states, Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other
alcoholics to achieve sobriety. To have any other mission would be to destroy the foundation this
program was built on. Alcoholic Anonymous is for any sex, race and religious background. The
program targets anyone with an alcohol problem. In some of the meetings, I have attended,

Throughout this day in age, all over several media outlets, different acts of crime are shown on

reports on various atrocities, ranging from theft to cold blood murder, is a motive. However, what
if a motive does not play a role in a crime? Yes, there a bounteous reasons as to why some commit
crimes, but something may possibly lay deeper within the mind that one cannot see without a series

To show the various scenarios, Raine uses rhetorical devices such as: cause/effect,
exemplification, and analysis. Without using cause and effect, Raine cannot effectively
showcase how certain people turn into criminals. Within A Recipe for Violence, Raine takes
discrete variables and establishes how seemingly harmless events have unexpected results. The
winter of 1994 1995, known as the Dutch Hunger Winter, result in many eating less than 1,000
kilocalories a day(206). Though the Dutch were able to bounce back after the famine, the then
pregnant women would give birth to a generation of antisocial soldiers. Once the boys turn
eighteen, they undergo a military psychiatric baseline test. A lack of iron, zinc, protein,
riboflavin, and omega 3 in our diets may dump some some of us into the violence trash bin,
(207). Raine s research, goes on to provide various effects from an effect, in this case famine. As
a result, those who are deficient in their key vitamins and nutrients(before and after birth) tend to
acquire preeminent chances of aggressiveness, delinquency, and hyperactivity(209). With every
chapter, Raine includes a variety of instances to explain what the psychological effects on the
human brian. For one example Raine, takes a look into the killer gene , Raine tells of an adopted
boy, who at the age of two, starts to behave rather badly. By the age of ten, Jeffrey Landrigan, the
boy, already develops a drinking problem. He skipped school, abused drugs, stole cars, and spent
time in detention centers... when asked to be the godfather of his friends soon to be child. Jeffrey
s response? Stabbed his friend to death, (37). Later on, while on death row, he met his father who,
at the time, is also on death row.

10. The Coin Is A Man With No Political Experience Whatsoever
During this election cycle, America witnessed a plethora of pantsuits. Ranging from teal to lilac,
speech after speech, debate after debate, Hillary Clinton the Democratic Presidential Candidate
painted a picture of professionalism and composure in her pantsuit. After the primaries, her poise
only seemed to double, not of her own accord, but because of her opponent s (intentional or
unintentional, who knows) attitude and mannerisms.
In a situation like this, one would think that most American citizens would go through a
relatively easy decision making process: on one side of the metaphorical coin is a woman with
a lifetime of service and political expertise. On the other side of the coin is a man with no
political experience whatsoever, whose entire platform revolves around a mantra of sorts, Make
America Great Again, without any true substance or concrete policy proposals. For lack of a
better description, this election cycle seemed almost like a formality; the path to victory for
Hillary Clinton was basically paved in gold. In a way, it almost seemed like a mockery of the
system.
Everything was fun and games, that is, until the American people through the Electoral College
managed to pick the less qualified candidate, Donald Trump. As such, the question arises: how
exactly did Hillary Clinton, being one of the most qualified candidates to ever run for president,
lose the election? Was hatred of Hillary Clinton the true reason she lost the election? Or rather, was

14. Stress Relief Techniques for College Students
Stress Relief Students in college have many reasons to stress. There are classes to plan for,
homework to do, tests to take, money to earn, and familial pressure to boot. Researchers have
determined the top ten most common hassles associated with attending college. These include:
fear about the future, lack of sleep, wasting time, smoking and its health effects from either first
or second hand smoke, their physical appearance, the feeling that they have too much to do,
misplacing or losing important materials or personal property, not having enough time for the
things they must do, concerns about the high standards they set for themselves or that parents
or the school sets for them, and the feeling of loneliness and homesickness that accompanies
college enrollment (Huffman 2012, page 97). No one can get through college without
experience stressful moments. The trick is to learn how to handle this stress and in what ways
the pressure can be relieved. One of the best ways to reduce stress is to exercise. Working out by
doing activities such as running outdoors, boxing and sparring, aerobics, swimming, and
bicycling have been proven to have extremely positive effects on a person s mental state and
their ability to handle stress. Stress is the feeling of intense pressure which people feel when they

16. Rhetorical Analysis Of Gatorade s The Secret To Victory
Gatorade s most recent commercial, The Secret to Victory, focuses on defeat to help make their
advertisement effective. The commercial starts out with Michael Jordan, a star basketball player,
who asks, You want to know the secret to victory? This bold question grabs the attention of the
audience. The commercial continues with many star athletes, present and past, that state a time
where they failed in their respective careers. Later on, NFL quarterback Matt Ryan, answers
Jordan s proposed question with defeat, after a scene of him losing in the Super Bowl. In this
essay, I will argue that Gatorade s The Secret to Victory commercial is very effective by using
rhetorical components and focusing on defeat. The target audience for Gatorade is for athletes, but
this commercial does a great job of reaching out to a wide range of athletes. The advertisement
targets athletes of the older generation, along with athletes that are young. Gatorade uses two
retired players, Peyton Manningand Michael Jordan, along with two players nearing the end of their
careers, Eli Manningand Serena Williams, and three players that are currently in their prime, Kyle
Schwarber, Matt Ryan, and Karl Anthony Towns. The different ages in the commercial are
extremely effective because athletes that would be interested in Gatorade s products vary in age,
and Gatorade had to appeal to all generations of athletes. Also, the inclusion of Serena Williams can

The Story of the Hour by Kate Chopin and The Interlopers by Saki are short stories that will

power. But, in those very ways they are alike, they are very different. While one is trying to be
free by letting someone go, the other is trying to be free by forgiving someone and letting
someone in a new friendship. The characters from both short stories are trying to have a new
start and let go of a life time situation. The first similarity I found in the Story of the Hour and the
Interlopers is that they both deal with a sense of death. But, the characters or on two different
ends of the spectrum of death. In the Story of the Hour it reads, She did not hear the story as
many women have heard the same, with a paralyzed inability to accept its significance. She wept
at once, with sudden, wild abandonment, in her sister s arms. . This passage is talking about the
reaction she had when she heard the news of her husband s death . The Interlopers read, The two
enemies stood glaring at one another for a long silent moment. Each had a rifle in his hand, each
had hate in his heart and murder uppermost in his mind. These two characters were enemies and
wanted to killeach other out of hate. As we can see both short stories deal with death, but on
different ends of the spectrum. The Story of the Hour is grieving the death of her husband. While
in the Interlopers they re trying to

Darwin s Theory of Evolutionhad been published. Darwin s novel contained a newly formed idea
that man was created from gradual evolution. The idea caused an outrage from several Christian
religious groups, because it went against the book of Genesis in the Bible. This discontent grew so
much that the state of Tennessee passed a law on evolution. This law prohibited the teaching of

intentionally breaks the laws because he believes that he should be able to teach what he wants.
In the play, the prosecutor, Mathew Harrison Brady, is a very religious man who believes very

23. Infectious Bacterial Diarrhe Common Occurrence Among The...
MICROBIOLOGY2
Colitis
Introduction
Infectious bacterial diarrhea is a common occurrence among the elderly people, children, and the
immunocompromised individuals. One of the major reasons behind the infectious diarrhea is the
inflammation of the colon. Colitis is the inflammation of the colon resulting to symptoms such as
diarrhea, tenesmus, fever, and severe abdominal pain. The common pathologic organisms
responsible for the infection include Camphylobacter, Shigella, Salmonella, Escherichia, and the
Yersinia species (Papaconstantinou, Thomas, 2007). The initial infection of Camphylobacter, C,
fetus, was discovered and described in 1947 after several cases appeared and it was isolated from
blood (Loss, Mangla, Pereira, 1980). Later, the discovery of new identification techniques led to the
isolation of other strains of the species. Currently, the identification has developed, leading to
isolation of bacteria such as Camphylobacter and E. coli in culture techniques and other isolation
techniques. Treatment of this disease uses multidisciplinary approach of both antibiotics and
supportive therapy.
Epidemiology
The epidemiology of the disease depends on the causative agent. E. coli virulence requires 10 to
100 organisms to cause a disease. An estimate of 70,000 people contract E. coli and approximately
60 deaths occur from this bacteria (Papaconstantinou, Thomas, 2007). The bacteria is transmitted
via the fecal oral route through consumption of contaminated food (66%)

24. The Characteristics Of The African Elephant And Other Animals
Though there are many animals, picking a favorite is not a difficult task. Of the approximate 7.77
million species of animals on Earth, the African Elephant is my favorite. These majestic creatures
are different from any other animal I ve ever known. Not many other animals possess the same
traits or qualities as they do. The endangered mammalintrigues me because of their unique
appearance, their ability to show emotions that other animals cannot, and their high intelligence
level. These gentle giants are a fascinating component of the animal kingdom. To some, the African
Elephantmay seem a little odd, but they have their place in the world. The body of an African
Elephant, though unconventional in comparison to other animals, is perfect for their way of life.
Their large ears give them the ability to hear sounds up to 6.2 miles away, in ideal conditions,
while also serving as a communication device. Their unusual oval shaped feet act as a shock
absorber due to the thick fatty tissue it is made up of. This allows the elephantsto walk silently
because sounds are muffled under their feet. Lastly, the trunk on an elephant is made up of eight
major muscles on either side which gives the elephant the ability to lift up to 700,000 pounds.
They can also be used as a built in snorkel, allowing the mammal travel across larger bodies of
water. Not only do the trunks of elephants help themselves, can be used to help other elephants.

26. Non-Traditional Women In Chaucer s Canterbury Tales
Non Traditional Women in Medieval Marriages
In Chaucer s Canterbury Tales there are sections that are purely based on marriage, and in these
stories a couple of the women are portrayed as being non traditional wives in their marriages. A
marriage in medieval England is not like what marriage is today. The wives in both The Wifeof
Bath s Tale and The Merchant s Tale are what today s society would expect from a woman or wife.
A non traditional wife is someone who wants authority, is outspoken, and sexually active prior to
marriage or during marriage; Chaucer s wives do not portray all of these traits. The comparison
between these two wives is the result of Chaucer s view on marriageable women. The theme seems

Adults have been alive for a substantial time longer than the children around them. With this age
comes maturity, the ability to make their own decisions, and having been able to experience life
much more than a sick child likely has. Being diagnosed with a terminal illness then, if not
devastating enough, raises the bar even higher, since one will be painfully aware of how the life
they once knew will be taken from them slowly each day. Eventually, there may be nothing to
look forward to as this disease robs them of who they once were. It is unjust to allow these adults
to become nostalgics of their past life as they suffer through their new one, therefore assisted
suicide should be offered to the patients with terminal and incurable illnesses who are 16 and
older. David Swanton, an author who advocates the right to be able to die with dignity quotes a
man who recently went to battle over his right to euthanasia, he states, Over himself, over his
own body and mind, the individual is sovereign . To deny a person the right to live his or her life
as he or she wishes implies that each individual does not know what is right for himself or herself.

There is a sound inserted when the viewer is exposed to Lola Lola as a woman opens up the
curtain for the storefront. The opening of the storefront can be representative of the opening of

storefront window is also displayed from the inside out. Those who view the poster can only
visually see it. They cannot touch it nor grab the poster. They can only simply admire it from the

there to see. There is no physical interaction with any of the girls in the cabaret performances,
which is represented through how the poster is displayed only for the eye. The poster is also an
unrealistic image of Lola Lola, showing how she artificially is. The poster of Lola Lola is
looking up at her like if she was a goddess. Her long legs make up more than half of the poster
showing that she is up on some pedestal from everyone else. There are some clouds behind her

behaviors the men have when they are with her. As if they were to lose themselves, to her just
like Dr. Rath did. He completely forgot who he was and how he comported himself in society.
He lived for her and even became part of her show to be with her. The film shows how people

One Wife or Multiple Wives? The practice or condition of having more than one spouse,
especially a wife, at one time, is polygamy ( Polygamy ). When pondering about the action and
process of polygamy, individuals in the United States most likely think about the pioneers that
traveled across the Mormon Trail to the area of present day Salt Lake City, Utah, in the 1800s;
these individuals yearned to escape religious persecution from others. Americans may look to
former prophets, like those of Joseph Smith and Brigham Young, of the Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter Day Saints (Mormon) that practiced and taught the doctrine of polygamy to their followers
and believers in the mid 19th century ( Plural Marriagein Kirtland and Nauvoo ).

It is an important value to the FLDS Church. If the leaders did treat its followers, young and old,
respectfully and positively, polygamy would have a different stigma. Unfortunately, the FLDS
people do not treat each other correctly within the Church in the area of Short Creek. While
some of these points are somewhat valid, it is still not seen positive to legalize the act of
polygamy for the FLDS Church. Thus, with all the radical views and actions, it is not feasible.
The fact of the matter is polygamy needs to be stopped so individuals are free from being
molested, hurt, and abused in many different forms. So, in my personal opinion, I believe that
polygamy is negative and should stay illegal. There are so many individuals through the FLDS
Church that have been violated in ways that no person should ever experience. It is not something
as an act that could ever be positive. Despite many individual s thinking, polygamy is a practice
that is still valued today by the Fundamental Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and its
followers. It is mostly negative for its members, and does not have any positives correlated with the
practice. It causes much abuse among members, former and current, like the situation of Elissa

polygamy will most likely stay illegal for an extended amount of time. Even though they demand

Further more, there are numerous humans walking around today with a percentage of Neanderthal
DNA, suggesting a mating between Humans and Neanderthals.
Ground breaking research done by Barton and Julien Riel Salvatore from the University of
Colorado Denver, in the journal, Advances in Complex Systems, hint that the Neanderthals demise
was due to a multitude of influences, mostly climate changes. Cultural and socio ecological
changes in behavior were researched using archaeological data in Western Eurasia during the past
120,000 years. When Neanderthals and early humans land use patterns changed during the last ice
age, computer modeling showed that the two populations began to mingle and mate, leading to the
extinction of one of the groups because of hybridization. Addressing the possibility that the two
groups would not have looked at one another as potential mates, the researchers examined the
possible effects of social barriers on mating in their models as well. They found that unless social
taboos were almost 100 percent effective, it would have not made a difference in generations over
time as the gene pools mixed.

This printing press idea quickly spread throughout Europe and later to the Americas (YouHis2).
Afterwards, around the 1700s, when the use of newspapers began to be an everyday publication,
advertisements started being printed in them, even if the advertisements were simple at the time.
Newspapers became the first medium to be conquered by advertisement. In 1721, Benjamin
Franklin founded the Pennsylvania Gazette, the second newspaper made in the Americas. What
was special about it is that it had pictures accompanying the ads to help the people understand better
their product, which was the difference with his close relative, The Boston Gazette, which had

Following the example of the newspapers, radio programming began using advertisements. These
advertisements were very slow and repetitive sonnets that companies used to get people to know

They never extended past a minute. To compensate for the brevity of the ads, companies would

Within the Republican Party came former whigs and former free soil democrats to form majorities

Chinese who have the world s second largest military spent around 145 billion in 2015 (Wong,
Buckley 2015). If we can afford to put hundreds of billions of dollars into our military each year
then why can t we afford to educate the future workers and professionals of America? There is no
need for that much spending on our military and it can be moved from the military into education
in order to make higher education more affordable. Critics are focusing only on one of the major
issues, which is the issue of money and they are completely ignoring the ideological issues.
Education is extremely important and is necessary in order for people to support themselves and
their country. Education is a fundamental human right that is necessary in order to promote
individual freedom and exercise other rights (United Nations). Education is a necessity in America
but has time goes on it is getting far more difficult to obtain. Education benefits not just the
individual who is obtaining the education but it is a public good and an investment in our collective
future as a country (Applebaum, 2014). A

43. Exhibition Reflection
I feel that my Exhibition this term was a lot better than my last. I was able to do a lot more
things I wanted to do and got into more depth with the topics I talked about. I was able to engage
my audience even more with the activity which I would say was a better improvement than last
exhibition. In my Exhibition I felt that I did really well with my volume and how I talked. I was
able to talk a lot more in depth and showed my progress in my topics which I would say I
improved a lot in. Another strength I would say is how I was able to interact more with my
audience and show what I learned in a more interactive way. Rather than me just talking in front of
my audience for 15 minutes about dirt. Some things I wasn t prepared for was how... Show more

I will be able to do this by finishing my exhibition early so I have time to practice and practice. I
also want to procrastinate less when I m making my exhibition, so my plan to achieve this is by
making a day planner. Where it ll have a specific time and what I have to achieve by then, which
will actually help me be more organized with myself. Another challenge I d like to do is to
continue to try and make more activities so I m able to present a more engaging exhibition just
like this one. Just so my exhibition doesn t end up being boring but even more engaging for my
audience, just so they have something to do rather than me just talking. I d say that from my Term
1 Exhibition to now, I was able to improve a lot more in those areas I said in my term 1 reflection. I
was able to manage well better now compared to both my first and second exhibitions, this
exhibition I was able to finish a week before. Which has given me time to rehearse what I wanted
to say and even add on new things. I was also able to engage my audience a lot due to the activity
with the soil. Which I m pretty sure my audience actually enjoyed quite a lot. According to my
first exhibition, I wanted to improve more on how I talked and I think I got a lot better in that
too as well. As I think I m able to talk more clearer now than when I first started. Some challenges
I d say that I m still facing is just the procrastination part. Even though I have been able to improve
a lot more on

44. How Did Reconstruction Improve The United States After The...
Reconstruction
Reconstruction was a time of great pain and endless questions for the United States of America.
What was going to happen to the newly freed slaves? How would they be treated? Would the
United States ever be one cohesive country? Many of these questions are still unanswered in today
s society, but reconstruction was in place to try to rebuild the US after the devastation of the Civil
war. The reconstruction era lasted from 1865 1877. During this time the United States military was
stationed in the South, so that everything would run smoothly and hopefully allow for readmission
of the once confederate states, back into the Union as one.
The Civil war caused a lot of destruction and devastation in the Southern United States. Many
efforts were going to be needed if the United States wanted to be a strong power. There was a huge
push to secure the rights of the newly freed, former slaves and incorporate them more into society.
One major factor that led to the reconstruction era was the need for the rebuilding of infrastructure
in the South. After the Civil war, much of the infrastructure was unuseable. Also, the US hoped to
reorganize and revitalize the Southern states as a whole and bring them back into the Union. ...

It helped organize the Southern states after the Civil war. By the end of the 1870 s, all of the
Southern states were part of the Union again, but things were still somewhat chaotic. Whites were
once again gaining back the power that they had previously lost due to the Civil war. Southern
cities were being rebuilt and many people were moving back to the South to start over. During the
reconstruction era, the 13th, 14th, and 15th amendments were all put into place. The 13th
amendment abolished slavery. The 14th amendment gave blacks citizenship, and the 15th
amendment gave black men the right to

45. Designing The Efficient Scheduling Methods For Real Time...
Abstract In this research we are presenting the problem of designing the efficient scheduling
methods for real time systems. The real time scheduling problem is nothing but the scheduling
problem in which QoS requirements should be satisfied along with task scheduling. The main
objective of scheduling problem is designing the time and QoS efficient scheduling algorithm to
schedule tasks optimally those are waiting to be served. We presented the literature study on
different existing scheduling policies with its limitations. Therefore in this research, we are
presenting new Dynamic Multilevel Priority (DMP) method of scheduling policy for RTS. As
the name indicates, this method works dynamically and as per the requirement of task
scheduling. DMP algorithm is designed with three different queues of tasks/demands scheduling
based on nature of tasks. In first queue, security/urgency related demands should be proceed with
highest priority, in second queue with second highest priority, regular demands should be
proceed, while last queue is used to serve local non real time demands. In first queue, real time
packets processed with highest priority. Thus this scheduling policy does not hold any demand
for longer waiting period and hence improves the overall QoS performance of RTSs. The
practical evaluation of proposed methodology is done by using UPPAAL tool. We have
considered train gate example for evaluation of proposed scheduling policy. Keyword: Real Time

46. Organic Dye Research Paper
Any grocery store you walk into you can see a wide variety of colors, but the sad fact is most of
which are most likely artificially made. He in the United States we use about fifteen million
pounds of artificial colors in our food, hair products, and even vitamins. We started using dyes in
our food in the mid 1800s when Henry Perkin made the first synthetic organic dye, now we are
mass producing the dyes and the industry is booming at an alarming rate. These dyes are now in
most of our foods; wether it be candy, chips, and juices. These fascinating colors may be attractive
to the eye; but they have no real benefits in our food, they can be extremely harmful to your body,
and there are plenty of natural alternatives.
There is no real reason why the FDA has approved some of these artificial food dyes to be in our
food. They have absolutely no value to our bodies whatsoever. Whatever dye it is, none of them
have nutritional value. The FDA actually stated on the website that they are only there to... Show

These natural dyes come from fruits and vegetable and are good for your body. They may not be
as vibrant as the artificial ones, but they still look very appetizing. Not only are there substances
for every dye, but there are many different sources for one color of dye. Lets say we want to put a
yellow dye in our macaroni and cheese; instead of a petroleum based dye we can use carrot
powder, saffron, ground turmeric, and even paprika. The color combinations you can create are
virtually endless! Using natural substitutes is the healthier choice in the long run. These natural
substitutes carry a variety vitamins and minerals that can help keep your body strong. Although
these are a better choice then artificial dyes, they still have a downfall. These colorants are foods
themselves too; so if you use a lot of these colorants, you could alter the taste of the food you are

47. How Did Nero Unstable Rule
Itoro Abasi Udo Imeh
Mr. Pugh
Period 7
Nero: A Powerful yet Unstable Ruler. Nero was a highly influential Roman leader whose actions
where both positive for the Roman Empire and also abused his power by doing negative actions in
Rome. Nero was born to Gnaeus Domitius Ahenobarbus and Agrippina, the great granddaughter of
Augustus in 37 A.D, with the full name of Lucius Domitius Ahenobarbus. He was the last remaining
direct male descendant of Augustus. Nero received a good education and was taught by Seneca. He
studied Greek, philosophy and rhetoric. After Nero s father, Gnaeus died in 48 A.D, his mother
married her uncle, Claudius who at the time was the emperor. She manipulated Claudius to make
Nero his successor instead of his son Britannicus, as well as give Nero his daughter, Octavia s
hand in marriage in 50 A.D. In 54 A.D Claudius died, and Agrippina was suspected to have
poisoned him. Nero took the throne soon after. Nero claimed that Britannicus had an epileptic
seizure which caused his death, but historians believe that Nero poisoned him to get rid of
competition.

This meant that anyone who saw him could and should kill him and they wouldn t be punished
for it. Nero fled with his remaining servants and with nowhere to hide, he decided to commit
suicide. His last words were noted to have been Qualis artifex pereo! which means, What an
artist is now about to perish! After the death of Nero, there was no heir to take the throne so
Rome broke out into civil war. The senators wanted each of themselves to be the Emperor of
Rome. In a short span of time six different men took the throne and the title of the Roman
Emperor. All had to step down, because they were not strong enough to rule Rome. Nero s rule for
the most part was bad for numerous citizens of Rome and numerous out of Rome. He started out
well, but then he started to

48. What Does It Mean To Be A Person
What does it mean to be a person? How are we unique as individuals? There are 7 billion people
around the world; all different from one another different cultures, different ethnicity, different
religion and personalities. Our personalities make us different from one another. Personality is a
social, physical and mental characteristic of a person. In class we talked about how we are all born
with basic personality traits and elements; how these traits are come about according to our
environment and the individuals that we have contact with, with different individuals we act
different then we normally would. I am an introverted person so I like alone , but with my close
friend Zeynep I am an extrovert. We would do crazy thing like go rock climbing, when its raining
go out and dance in the rain. I would never do these activities with my other friend Sare she is an
extrovert but the communication that we have we don t really connect.... Show more content on

from the tree. I was born in Istanbul, Turkey I came here at the age of 8. I left family and friends

we connected like before even though we had little arguments of perspectives view of the world,
