When I sat down to begin drawing this mandala, I continued with the pre ritual that
I described previously of lighting incense, turning on purple lights, and putting on
a record. I chose Led Zeppelin s Houses of the Holy for the inspiration of Mandala
#4. I suppose I chose this album because I wasn t in the best mood that day, and
was feeling very overwhelmed with stress, so I picked an album that I knew
would put me in a positive mindset. Before I drew my mandala that day, I was in a
very frantic state of mind because I was feeling worried and unprepared for my
chemistry exam I had the following day. This mandala is unique in that it has many
more sharp, layered points that radiate outward. I used various diamond and
triangular shapes, with very little use of circles. This may indicate my emotions of
uneasiness and slight anxiety, and not feeling very balanced or complete (Fincher,
22). My feeling of stress also shine through in the articulate, bold line work
throughout the Mandala. I went over each of the lines multiple times, making them

My Love Of Education
Many people are on their own route towards what they consider receiving or
claiming an education. Whether it be a formal or informal education, we all
approach obstacles that keep us away from a direction we may have our mind or
even our heart set on. In this essay, I will describe my experiences in which my
education has brought me close to losing my temper and self confidence.
I used to groom the knots of her black and white coat that would pile up on her
belly. But, one day, I remember coming across a ball like lump under her skin. I
moved it around to see if it bothered her, but she just lay there with her belly up,
waiting for me to finish. The next morning, my dad and I took her to the vet and
found out they were benign tumors, but should be removed before they could turn
into something more serious. My family struggled to find the funds to remove the
lumps. My love for animals, and particularly for my dog, Lyn Yang, quickly turned
into dreams of being able to remove the lumps myself. But at that point, I was
helpless. I thought, maybe one day, I d be a veterinarian and able to rid animals of

depends upon several factors. In personal jurisdiction the book states that the courts
are given the power to provide a decision in affecting the rights of individuals
(Kubasek). In this case, the court will give a decision giving rights to Mr. Margolin,
and taking rights from Novelty Now. For subject matter jurisdiction, a certain
specified court will be able to hear the case This means, that it must be decided
which court hears the case, whether state or federal jurisdiction. Since this case
contains three different states, the federal court system must be the one to hear the
case. In this case, minimum contacts must be determined to decide if a certain state
will have power to assert personal jurisdiction over a defendant from another state
(Kubasek). In this case, it must be decided if New York will take personal
jurisdiction of the defendants residing in California, or Novelty Now residing in
Florida.
Alternative dispute resolution may be an option to resolve this case. ADR is a method
of resolving cases through methods other than court. These can be negotiation,
mediation, arbitration, mini trials, private trials, etc. (Kubasek). In this case,
negotiation outside of trial would be a good option for Funny Face. ADR is often
cheaper than a traditional trial as well. This way they would not have to face bad
publicity for this incident. This might also be a good idea for Mr. Margolin because
the case will go much faster, meaning he could get restitution much faster, and would
cut his legal costs as well.

My Childhood Journey
I spent most of my childhood traveling the world. What a way to spend a childhood
tell you, I am the person I am today because of the places I have been, the
opportunities I have had, and the people I have met. I can not even remember the
abundant number of times I have been woken up at four am to leave for the
airport. Dragging my sleepy feet behind me and dumping myself into the car. I
remember waiting in the jet way and, the deep inhale I would take when I d first
step foot on the aircraft. Taking in a big breath of the airplane air that would
always burn through my nose and make me slightly nauseous. Over the years I

Instead, the firm adopted a concept called mark to market. This is where all

assets and liabilities at any value. This orchestrates mass cover ups and conspiracy as
revenues will be based on speculation and derivatives. In the end the financial
statements produced are highly in accurate and do not show the true position of a

that its revenues were growing while in fact the revenues were non existent in the
first place. A good case in point is the offshore partnerships opened by the CFO

The tundra is by far the coldest type of biome, as it is known for its low
temperatures, little precipitation, poor nutrients, and short growing seasons.
Occurring primarily near the Arctic within the Northern Hemisphere, the soil may be
frozen all year up to a few feet, which allows no tree growth. However, a few animals
have adapted to these conditions. These animals include lemmings, hares, oxen,

Among the many species that live on the tundra, there is the arctic fox (scientific
name alopex lagopus). Staying within the tundra (both arctic and alpine) biome,

Alaska. Arctic foxes are known for their small furry bodies that are covered by a
thick white or blue gray coat, short pointy ears, and bushy tails. Their coloring
actually allows them to camouflage into the ice, snow, and will change to a brown

them with their predatory nature. Although arctic foxes are herbivores and will
eat vegetables occasionally, their primary diet is the meat from small mammals
