Conclusion


ISPs were asked to provide customers full and
understandable information; ISPs should list the
information on their websites



From the result of the third-party’s test, ISPs were
continuously improving their broadband performance
last year



NCC plans to conduct further measuring research of
fixed (by whitebox) and mobile broadband speed from
2013



Expected subscriber benefits from the transparency of
broadband measurements

Conclusion  ISPs were asked to provide customers full and understandable information; ISPs should list the information on their websites  From the result of the third-party’s test, ISPs were continuously improving their broadband performance last year  NCC plans to conduct further measuring research of fixed (by whitebox) and mobile broadband speed from 2013  Expected subscriber benefits from the transparency of broadband measurements 29
