I needed a way to get reluctant people excited and ready for their new working ways and processes, so I tested and tried different things. The one that worked was a combination of strategy, continuous change readiness measurements, picking the correct change management theory, communicating differently (and in different schedules) for different target audiences, using HR to pick the correct people to the core team and using the project management method, which suited the organization.
