Work culture plays an important role in extracting the best out
of employees and making them stick to the organization for a
longer duration.
 An organization is said to have a strong work culture when the
employees follow the organization’s rules and regulations and
adhere to the existing guidelines
It is the work culture which decides the way employees interact
with each other and how an organization functions.

Google had an informal work culture
The founder’s wanted to make Google a fun place to work
 Google has a flat structure, which means they have minimal
middle and upper-level management.
This structure allows for more creativity. Innovation and problem-
solving skills are encouraged.
Employees have the ability to make more decisions on projects.
Google's open culture allows a free flow of information
throughout the company, and everyone can share their ideas
and opinions.
Google has a 'TGIF' meeting every Friday, where employees

Google is a dog friendly company that allows its employees to
bring their well-behaved canines to office with them.

is dedicated towards developing renewable energy supplies.
Google encourages its engineers to spend 20% of their time on
ideas of their own. Google has many products that came out of
this 20% idea.

 Yes it is clear that other companies can not emulate the work
culture followed by the Google.
 It includes huge investment in order to set up a work place that
provides fun during their work.
 It is basically based on the trust that the management of
Google have on their employees.
 It is not acceptable by most of the other organisations.
 It is clear that Google is following an unique work culture.
The most of the other companies felt that company’s culture
was not set to manage its growth.
Google’s recruitment process was also criticized by analysts.
They focus only on the academic excellent candidates.
But it may not be possible by all the companies.
The work culture of Google can not be copied and pasted
Google’s culture has been conceived, developed and honed for
